Breakfast was excellent and made with love. We were very impressed by this lovely house. This is definitely a place you should have been to. London is easy to reach by train without a stopover, there is plenty of parking at the station for the car (affordable at 8 GBP) but also Sevenoaks offers very nice restaurants and corners for shopping. Who wants to see London, can do it easily from this beautiful place.

Overall the quality of comfort and food exceeded my expectations by miles. The welcome is warm, the ambiance soothing, the service professional. The cold breakfast platter was generous and delicious (perfect smoked salmon and avocado during my stay. Wonderful rustic bread and good coffee in a press). The bathroom adjoining the twin room is small yet thoughtfully designed and luxuriously appointed. I felt that every comfort need was anticipated and met, or more. A nice pub is just a 5-min walk away.

The drinking water tasted a bit funny the second day. That's about all.

The breakfast was good, though I would have preffered a cooked english breakfast option. Having said that, there was a generous selection for what was on offer.

Breakfast could have been included in the price, but i was expecting that it wasnt (as that is what i booked). I gather an extra exeptional breakfast is included in the book- with -breakfast option. The cost of the breakfast as an afterthought was reasonable, though. Cctv in the common areas (hall, etc) is a good thing, but it appeared to be in the private room also, which I didnt expect or notice at first. (I didnt ask about this, so i dont know the details).

The bedroom was absolutely spotless and with a lovely view of the back garden and neighbouring greenery. The spacious shower was a real treat. We reported we are vegan and the breakfast options were updated with some great choices for us, which we both really appreciated. We made use of The White Hart pub, which is a 60 second walk away, for dinner and drinks. Can really recommend there for food, drinks, location and friendly staff.

Despite being well located for some country attractions and a fantastic local pub, Sevenoaks town is a 20 minute walk away and it felt a little longer in the rain. HOWEVER, there are buses running to the B&B from town (and the station) and cabs are easily arranged. This problem was specific to us as well, because we don't drive and the weather was a little drizzly - neither of which are down to our host to arrange!

The property was finished to a very high standard and our room was spacious and clean. There was a lot of attention to detail in the presentation of the room and the en suite bathroom. It was very quiet. Our host was welcoming and gave us the option of servicing the room.

The property was some distance from Sevenoaks town, about 20 mins walk.

Continental breakfast provided was adequate. Location was excellent as it was very near the site of the activities (at Sevenoaks School) that we were attending Staff were particularly helpful An excellent pub for meals a short walk away

Ensuite bathroom was satisfactory but quite cramped and it was not easy to wash my face or shave in the small hand basin. (The shower was very satisfactory)

Did not have breakfast as wife recovering fom brain surgery. Help and information always available, nothing too much trouble. The location is very quiet with a beautiful garden to look out on. The facilities included a walk in shower which was a real bonus. Parking is just outside the door. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come again.

Nothing!! It ticked every box. We would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent breakfast accommodated at short notice, clean, super comfortable beds and decent pillows (unusual when staying away; flexible access to our room which was most appreciated.

A suggestion: to have been offered a replenishment of bottled water, teas, biscuits and milk Sat and Sunday.

Wonderful house and room- all is luxuriously nicely done, with a lot of comfort and space and tranquility. But the best are Sarah and Ian and their very friendly way to treat guests. Wonderful continental breakfast.. you really feel at home!

Excellent continental breakfast. Better than expected - did not miss my usual " full English"! Requested extra of hot milk on side for coffee readily granted. Hosts very obliging without being intrusive.

No problems - cannot see how it could be improved.
