This hotel is in an excellent location to explore NW Arkansas. It was much nicer than I expected with a large, clean and comfortable room. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

The only disappointment was that the breakfast room was under construction so breakfast was a grab and go bag that was the same every day, but it was a generous amount of food and improvements are a good thing.

Didn't have any real breakfast. Just some bag snacks. Only thing they had.

Didn't like their shower floors. very slippery. Had to be very careful taking a shower. Surprise people have not fallen in the showers. Did not have any parking lot lights at night. So was really dark as the parking area is away from the building,

I rented a double room that was very clean, tidied up, and well arranged with solid furniture. The bathroom - very much the same. The cooling unit in the room was relatively quiet and efficient. I slept well. The staff also seemed friendly and knowledgeable.

Only item I preferred was different, was having a larger cafeteria in which to have the free breakfast. Nevertheless, this was probably factored in the great low price that freed up money to be spent on other things.

Front desk staff were very nice and helpful when I checked in at a late hour (around 10:45pm). Room was clean and bed comfortable.

The 'bagged' breakfast was awful. Why a sausage biscuit when there is no microwave in the rooms? The breakfast wasn't balanced at all with the sausage biscuit, sugary breakfast bar and water. There should have at least been a juice (ideally fresh piece of fruit) and a simple pastry that didn't require reheating. Would have at least edible. There was also no closet in the room to hang clothes.

Room was a very decent size with beds big enough for all of us and the dog to sleep comfortably. Really liked that there wasn't a pet fee (although ours is a service dog & that wouldn't have mattered) but to know there's a pet friendly hotel is nice. Staff was extremely friendly and even it wasn't their job to check you in/out they made sure to let someone know I was there and got took care of right away. Got an amazing deal online for the room so was very happy about that too

The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning was efficient. It was a convenient location for visiting Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, and there were plenty of dining choices nearby. It has an outdoor pool.

Because of construction work, breakfast was grab and go items. I opted for breakfast at Panera instead.

Overall for the price it was comfortable and clean. Location was great but turning left out of the lot is a nightmare. Just turn right and straight path to downtown. Would definitely stay again. They are very transparent about construction going on, which I appreciate. We stayed Friday-Saturday so no construction. Didn't have the breakfast but they were also transparent about it being grab and go and coffee was available in the lobby and room. Breakfast isn't that big of a deal since are are from the south and wasn't going to sleep on Casey's breakfast pizza. :)

Not necessarily "dislikes" but for the price you can tell where corners are cut with renovations. Tiles not placed correctly along the wall, paint splatter in weird spots on the bathroom floor and toilet, etc. Also the side door was closed to guests.

Clean and comfortable! Very reasonable as compared to other area hotels. (Hotel prices have spiked in 2021 and it can be hard for travelers to find affordable options.) The staff were polite and hospitable in every encounter.

Wasn’t crazy about the shower/toilet area. The shower design is not my favorite—only a tiny shelf to hold a soap, but its angle is sloped and the soap slides off onto the floor. No place to hang a towel or your clothes in the shower room. A hook or two would easily address this problem.

It was fine.

We left a day earlier than planned so we didn't need our room for the second day. I did mention that to the person at the desk and since we didn't give them 24 hours notice, we wouldn't get any refund. If they were able to book that room for that night, it would have been nice to have gotten something back in return.
