Best Western Plus Searcy Inn

The breakfast was nice. Our beds were clean and comfortable. The staff was personable and welcoming.

The container shampoo and soap in the shower was not a hygienic idea in my opinion, putting a persons dirty hands where dirty hands of other people had been bothered me greatly. For the price of the room, throw in a couple dollars worth of the little bottles of shampoo and tiny soap. The breakfast was nice.. but, a little less packaged and processed food would be appreciated. Everything was highly salted or contained sugar..

The room was clean and everything worked properly. The breakfast had good food with a lot of choices. The pool area and water was clean and properly maintained. Staff was very friendly.

For my liking the bed was a little hard, but still slept well. While the location of the hotel was good as far as being close to lots of restaurants, it was back off the road and you had to go through some parking lots to get to it. Not an issue, but different. It did make it a little quieter since it wasn't right on the road.

The breakfast was a typical motel breakfast with tasty food selections, for the most part. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The temperature was easy to control and was comfortable.

There was not any particularly thing we did not like except the room configuration. The sink area was right inside the door of the room with a small counter space. The water faucet was hard to control and water squirted all over the counter. There was no shelf inside the tub room. The floor space for that room was very small.

The breakfast was good. The pool was nice and we love the spa tub in our room. This was a very enjoyable stay-cation at our local Best Western just to get out of the house.

The spa tub had some sort of brownish substance in the pipes that would float on top of the water in the tub when the jets were going in the spa tub.

Close to main road but quiet. Different breakfast every morning was nice.

Lavatory area was really too small for coffee maker to be kept there. Soap and shampoo dispensers were nice in the shower area but would have preferred a regular soap bar at the lavatory instead of a soap dispenser.

Customer service was excellent! EVERYONE was very friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, front desk, house keeping, breakfast attendant, etc! Pool was a little small, but very clean and heated perfectly!

Our frig didn’t work in the room and the air wasn’t always working correctly.

Great better than most! Coffee and just about what ever you want for breakfast!

I have bone pain. I booked a heated pool. Their pool heats to 84°. That is not warm enough for anyone. Expected the pool to be a bit warmer. They did come out to check but the year round temp is 84°. Cold! Still had a great time!

Great value due to the fact the staff was willing to go and beyond knowing it was a surprise for my wife amd our anniversary.

The breakfast didn't match the rates. But otherwise great value

The Breakfast was great with plenty of selections. Sandra, one of the breakfast workers, was especially nice and helpful. Becky was very friendly and helpful as well when we checked in and out.
