Residence Inn by Marriott Sacramento Airport Natomas

The rooms are like little apartments, really great and comfortable. Located close to the city center, just a few minutes drive. Restaurant, pool and grill on site.

The food in the restaurant wasn't very good and staff a bit overwhelmed with simple tasks. The breakfast has room for improvement: everything was wrapped in plastic, including peeled eggs and apples. That is very wasteful. Those are the only things worth criticizing though, the hotel itself is really great and worth staying at.

The room had everything, kitchenette with dishes, 2 rooms with bathrooms and a living room in the middle. Very comfortable for a family.

Our son left some jewelry, found by staff who notified us but we were at the airport and couldn't go back to pick them up. Spoke with manager gave our new address to mail the rings to us. Never received and the rings are gone and they can't find them anymore. Never mailed as promised. My son is disappointed about loosing his school ring and other rings. We moved out of state so unable to resolve.

Room was spacious clean and. comfortable. The bed was very comfortable with two kinds of pillows. The breakfast food was very good and even had vegetarian gluten free option.

No regular coffee or real sugar in room. Coffee in lobby at 9:00 am was cold and too strong and bitter. When I told the desk staff, they just looked at me and said nothing even though they were not busy with guests. For over $200 per night I should be able to get a decent cup of coffee to start my day.

Breakfast was good. Nice to know what will be offered every morning. Besides the noise from the highway, which really didn’t affect my sleep, it was calm and peaceful. Bummer that pool facilities were somewhat limited, though. Definitely coming back if I’m ever having to stay in the area again.

It was ok. The room was quiet but smelled like weed and cigarettes. We are a non smoking family. The parking lot is hard to get in and out of with your vehicle. We were charged tax on the 35 dollar per fee and an additional 250 dollar incidental fee. I was not prepared for these other charges.

The location was great.

I was charged $10 a day for parking. The website stated it was free parking. I should refunded for the parking. The breakfast could use some improvement. My spouse and I did not how it looked. Breakfast was pre made and heated up.

The studio was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and courteous. The t.v. had enough channels for me. The microwave and refrigerator worked. I didn't use the stove. I appreciated the front desk calling to remind me as to when my check out time was.

The toilet was way too low for me. I felt as if I were doing squats. I suggest either put in a higher toilet or a grab bar. I had written to Marriott (via booking.com) asking if early check in was allowed. I never received an answer. But I did ask the front desk, as I was checking out about early check in and late check out. The clerk explained the rules that the request must be asked on the day of check in or out.

It was a big room and clean which is what is most important I believe. It provided the basic necessities in the kitchen and bath. We only stayed a night so not much more to comment. It seemed to be a good place for families to stay as there is a barbecue area and pool.. however, my sister and I thought there were still too many people considering we are still not out of this pandemia. There is a small outside mall right beside the hotel restaurants and small market. Not the best location as it seemed to be near the freeway onramp if I can recall... but it was fine.

Apologies I think I may have forgotten 2 more people--they checked me in on 8/26 PM and again on 8/27 around 3pm. These staff members went above and beyond and I really valued their professionalism, calm, and readiness to "make my stay OK." Many thanks again!

Nice place. Quiet, restaurants near by, staff was great. Room had everything for a extended stay-full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes,, silverware etc.. Would stay there again.

The room needed someone to go through for a quality check. Some of the carpet was frayed, remote needed new batteries, ceiling fan didn't work.
