Courtyard by Marriott San Diego Mission Valley/Hotel Circle

I liked the location of the hotel. I have been at this hotel so, I like how kind staff is.

The room we stayed in felt haunted. We saw my glass case move by itself. At night it felt like there was a presence in the room. Like I said, we have stayed before at this hotel and the other times we haven't felt like this time.

Clean, value for money, good breakfast included in price, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Good place for families

Some services like we had to call their engineer for broken phone, refrigerator not working properly, pool was not heated in the morning, when we informed them the guy took 20 mins to come to check. Some Staff seemed to be overworked as the maintenance guy who came for phone repair was also the one who came to turn on pool heating and was rude. Long lines for breakfast. slow shower

The room was nice and clean.

The parking fee. It was too much and were not told about it in advance.

27 dollars for parking that you are not told about in advance, for a brand like Marriott I don’t see the need to charge for parking when none of the other hotels in that same area charge and not being told until the last minute, seem below grade to me

This hotel was the perfect location for our stay, close to sea world, short drive to beaches and 10 min walk to mall with good shopping. The staff were amazing.

Cons would be the breakfast, it is credit used at the starbucks inside the hotel and the options are over priced and few selection of pastry, cooked breakfast was okay but again overpriced. On the last night we had a group of people staying in multiple rooms, you could here the babies crying as if they were in the room with you, the doors were constantly being open and slammed shut between 10-11pm, every five mins. Nothing the hotel could do about this but wish there was different floor or section designated to groups of travelers.

Stop charging to park, or at least have somewhere close to self park and walk. If that's not an option, lower the price for those who staying longer than 2 day. It makes the overall bill crazy when staying multiple days.

Good location, comfortable bed and very clean. Very nice staff, always really helpful (specially Elba at the breakfast service). Breakfast includes a lot of options and Starbucks coffee, tasty and convenient. They change sheets and towels every day, good cleaning service. Nice size of the room and tv.

The bedroom’s coach looks dirty and old, maybe will need a renovation. Also if you need amenities you should ask in the front desk, at the bathroom you only have soap and shampoo. The parking payment it’s an extra that should be included in my opinion.

The location was perfect- near to food/shopping area. We went to Seaworld and its just like few minutes away. Our room was comfortable and clean.

The only complain I have is prior to arriving the man I spoke to on the phone is not accomodating & shouldn't be in the customer service at all because he is rude. I am just asking about the room because of my autistic son,im not demanding anything. Instead he is sarcastic about it. I did not get his name but I wish I did. You are serving a customer, not a life sentence. Learn how to enjoy your work.

Clean-exceptional fitness center-location-large room

The bistro food was delicious. However, this hotel should consider changing the way it runs the breakfast. It’s quasi Starbucks. I was told breakfast was included. I went to get breakfast and asked, what does it include. She said, “well, you get a credit towards food and beverages. It’s around $18 per guest.” It worked out just fine, but all the guests had to sit there and figure out the calculations on using all their credits. The lines to breakfast took forever. Coffee should be free, in my opinion. Instead, guests needed to wait in line for 10-15 minutes just to get a coffee and have to pay $3.50 for it.

The location was perfect, very convenient to everything, we were there for my cousins Navy Retirement, Starbucks on the property was a bonus. Sea World, and the Zoo very close but we didn't have time to visit, we did go to Coronado Beach very nice area. Just an FYI the bridge to go over very very high my ears started popping LOL! overall a great stay, very clean, 2 elevators, wonderful layout.

The pillows were waaaay to soft, Firmer pillows NEEDED and the shower didn't pull all the way up. Also paying $30 per day for parking when the security latch was broken, didn't make sense, an accidental of $50 per day was bit much.
