Comfort Inn & Suites Orange County John Wayne Airport

The staff was great especially the lady which I forgot to get her name she made us feel comfortable during breakfast hour always made sure we were doing okay or to make room for our family as we're a family of 5 I loved her attitude and attention she had for everyone

The only thing I did not like was the shower, the water kept getting out even though I would move the shower head close the wall so the water wouldn't go out, the floor would still be wet, and we used up all the towels to use as matts maybe if the shower curtain pole would be lower so the curtin shower can cover the bottom that would of helped

breakfast was excellent. the room and the outside walkways were clean.

We had to walk too far for our daughter who was with us. We needed an extra small table for the bedside for my cpap machine and I was told that was not going to happen, also asked for another chair and received the same answer. Then as we were going to our room the first afternoon and evening someone was smoking weed outside on our balcony. We were on the 2nd floor and the balcony faced to a lot (on the north?) Were not happy with that,but they were not there the next day. The lady at the front desk wasn't particularly welcoming, but she was swamped as well.

The cleanliness of the location was very good. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The room was clean and well prepared. Their complimentary breakfast was better than most places we've stayed.

The fixtures and shelving in the bathroom were poorly mounted and not level. When you have OCD and when you tend to be a perfection freak like me then things such as this tend to draw your attention to them everytime you walk past them. The parking needs to be better managed, they shouldn't permit commercial trucks and vans to park so close to the building, they should have a designated area of their lot for such vehicles.

I needed someone to pick me up from John Wayne Airport so a shuttle service was my top priority. The room was very comfortable with many amenities like an iron and board, blow dryer, complimentary breakfast. If I had to, I would stay here again.

I will choose an out facing room next time. It wasn't terrible but a bit noisy with children in the pool and people chatting outside. Fortunately, everyone turn in at a decent hour.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at so far , breakfast was amazing! Multiple food options , hot and cold . Hotel had security and was also near by multiple restaurants, dispensaries, gas stations and a short drive to the beach .The tv was a great size as well as the bathroom which was very nice . Hot tub and pool were a good size just needed to be cleaned a bit more due to wind and dust. The plants were amazing super colorful . Will be staying again .

The parking lot could have been better with a little more space .

Clean, spacious rooms. Comfy bed. Excellent noise control. Sufficient parking spaces is a huge relief! Staff is very courteous & welcoming. Breakfast was ok.

Bathroom had strong cigarette smell that didn't dissipate throughout our stay. Room service received only 1 out of 3 days of stay - not much of an issue for us though.

A good, solid hotel. Got what I paid for. Clean room, quick customer service, friendly staff, and a nice to go breakfast. The cleanliness of the room is what impressed me the most. Everything was spick and span, and the room smelled great. No smokey smell like other hotel rooms in the area.

The hotel itself was great. Nothing special, but a very clean and comfortable room rented in a well run hotel. However, the area itself has a lot of homeless. One of them knocked on my window while I was sitting in my car.

Easy to get to, easy parking. Friendly staff, and good breakfast. Very comfortable beds!

We stayed in an older room (renovations pending) and the A/C unit sounded like a landing jet plane, and there was hardly any water pressure in the shower. Still it was convenient and comfortable - would stay there again. Hopefully post renovation!

Oh this hotel was just so homely! The staff were brilliant m, the breakfast was surprisingly good and there was coffee and lemon water available 24/7 in the Lobby!

This place is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond for me.

You know I can't think of anything.. a quiet,well maintained location, with many food choices near by. Easy freeway access, and 10 minutes from the Newport beach.
