Easy parking and access to hotel. Welcoming fragrance in the lobby and nice decor.

The breakfast selection was way below Marriott standards to me. I get it, we are just coming off a pandemic, but scrambled eggs are simple to prepare instead of a packaged souffle egg choice More protein choices. Thr oatmeal was very good as was the coffee. The staff was excellent so that made up for the skimpy Sunday morning selection. Also need better coffee machines in the rooms with better coffee, that way people would not feel they need a Starbucks.

Pros: I loved that the bathroom was all enclosed with the sink. Had a lot of counterspace and the bathroom was roomy overall I liked the setup of the room It had 2 TV's! Nice closet space King bed and pillows were comfy Had a little refrigerator It was clean Room met our needs and was enjoyable

Cons: Awful showerhead No bathroom fan Bathroom door would not stay open when door was open Couch bed was uncomfortable

The property was in a great location, quick access to shopping restaurants and freeway.

The bathroom in our room had an odor and the showerhead spilled water everywhere. There is no vent in the bathroom. I think the odor came from the wallpaper. Also the curtains are a bit long and covered the AC so it was hard to keep the room cool.

On the website, it stated that the breakfast was continental, but I was pleased to see that it was a hot breakfast. Unfortunately, the eggs were what I got at boot camp, and the juice machine was out of half of the options. The bacon was good.

As stated above, I was please that there was a hot breakfast, but it was far less than what I would have expected from a hot breakfast in a hotel. Only bacon and institutional eggs. and oatmeal. No waffles, and only sliced white bread options.

Breakfast was good. Appreciated having a real breakfast. Server was outstanding. Desk helpers were very nice.

No trash can liners. Since there isn’t regular in-room cleaning for multiple night stays, more regular pick up of hallway trash would be nice. More towels in the room. Coffee available in the lobby would be nice. Having a working hot tub would’ve been nice.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. When we needed personal feminine hygiene products, the front desk stepped up and offered them to my girl. It saved me a trip to the store for the moment. Thank you.

As I got home I noticed several charges for the same day on two different credit cards. I have yet to see if I was double charged, hopefully not. The charge said pending for a few days after stay at hotel. Please look into this thank you.

How clean it is and comfortable I felt from the beginning

That on my last day the bed wasn’t made the sheets weren’t changed it did bump me out thats how it was

very impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, room was excellent and close to eatery’s and shopping centers.

housekeeping didn’t come within the two days we stayed so trash was piling.

I like the cleanliness, location, friendly staff, requests get done in a timely manner, comfort, and overall service they provide.

I didn’t like how this hotel attracts people who look like they would cause trouble or looking for trouble especially when I have my family around. I sometimes get worried to even leave my daughter and wife in the room alone when off to just go get food. They should up their security forsure.

Next to electrical room, I heard some noises both day and night. It somehow affects the sleeping quality.
