Hampton Inn Grand Junction

The staff at this location is really great. Parking cost $11 a day but there is public parking a couple of parking lots over. I asked the staff to point me towards the public parking and she was so kind to give me directions. Also I had spillage accident at breakfast and the manager and lobby clerk was so nice about the clean up even tho it was entirely my fault. The rooms were really nice as well and comfortable.

Excellent facility! Now I can't remember all the names, but Alex at the front desk always smiling. the other gentleman was awesome and very helpful, as was the property mgr, Superv in housekeeping who let us in our room, and the sweet lady who made amazing breakfasts each morning, FULL breakfast of eggs, waffles, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, juice. Amazing!! Room was very comfortable, nice size bathroom with big mirrors, nice linens. Every time we left our room, housekeeping ladies in the hall would greet us with a happy Hi and Have a Nice Day. I've NEVER experienced that at other places.

Paying for parking, but it was only $11 (I think). Not horrible, but still.....

Location is great for what we needed. Breakfast was very good. Staff has always been very nice.

Very minor things...no lightbulb in desk lamp, missing trash bags in cans, door signs that were old and wouldn't stay hanging on the knob. Nothing I would complain about.

Leta and Kevin at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable, clean and well designed. The location on Main St was very convenient for us, close to good restaurants and bars. Great that they have covered parking (especially for hot days), though it’s 11 USD per day.

No on-site laundry facilities, but can use those at the hotel right next door.

The hotel is wonderful the staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean plenty of toiletries, breakfast is delicious and fresh. Highly recommend great price for what you get. Great location

The only draw back is the beds are a little hard and the pillows are flat.

We parked in the area designated for this hotel, but we were charged by the hotel desk an additional $11 for parking. The clerk said that was because the hotel was "downtown." We did not ask for a hotel downtown, and the nightly rate was high for a Hampton Inn. I think the hotel should pay parking cost and not charge the customers.

The Hampton Inn Grand Junction is a nice modern hotel in downtown Grand Junction. The rooms are clean and comfortable with the usual amenities. Covid practices were in place. The staff was very friendly. The location is great for those wanting to explore the downtown area and it was convenient to highways for travelers. The facility met the high standards that we have come to expect at Hampton Inn.

There was an additional charge for parking at this facility. The charge was correctly identified in my booking document but not included in the final cost roll up so I was a bit surprised when apprised of it at check in.

An excellent example of its type, this place has superb staff - especially the evening desk clerk with slightly larrming eyelashes but a terrific attitude.

The parking charge is unwelcome and easily avoided parking on street in a safe city. Overall cost is very fair value.

Comfy beds! Clean Rooms. Hot showers. Love the little frig & micro. Nice staff at the desk & on the floors. We really only used the room- pool was closed, and I did not check out the fitness or business areas. I liked that it is in downtown Grand Junction within walking distance to eateries, art classes, etc. There are beautiful sculptures everywhere, and lights in the trees.

Breakfast at the Hampton Inns overall has been declining in quality for some years- opting for more prepackaged items over fresh breakfast bar. Covid has amplified this issue. They had like pastry, instant oatmeal packs, fruit and an preorder breakfast sandwich which we did not try, since we figured it would be a frozen thing. Since I do not value breakfast, I don't care, but my husband loves breakfast and would love Hampton Inn to up their game.

Great location right in downtown. The hotel is reasonably priced compared to other options in Grand Junction. Complimentary hot breakfast and drinks in the lobby. The breakfast was the typical items but was well stocked and clean. The staff was very friendly.
