Wow staff are great, the manager was very helpful I will come back to this hotel again next year great for family and kids

Little outdated look but still not a big deal, WATER PARK ONLY OPENS THUR, FRI, SAT, SUN ONLY!!!! read this because I saw more than 10 people come in for the water park and it was close so make sure you book for the weekend starting Thursday, other than that wow is awesome, arcade, water park, and kids spot to relax and color, breakfast not open under staffed. They are looking to hire great place will be back next year

I saw about 3 places that could use a pressure washer but overall very clean. Nothing unusual with constant water though

The swimming area is FANTASTIC and worth the price. Lots of choices and activities for all ages. Very clean. Lots of staff.

Lazy river is too shallow and rough textured, you scrape yourelf constantly. The resort needs repainting, paint chipped /missing in several places. Need a stove/hot plate in superior suite for extended stays. Bathroom in superior suite needs updating. Many non-English speaking staff. The restaurant is FABULOUS, but EMPTY. We had a DELICIOUS brunch, yet we were the only customers. It should be suggested to every guest that they visit the on-site restaurant, at check-in. Had we known it was so gorgeous we would've had our 50th birthday celebration right on-site rather than off-site.

Property was clean and tidy, excellent facilities, although the restaurant was closed, very child friendly. The staff were excellent, had an issue with my room but when they realised I was travelling on my own the were very quick to move me to a better location within the resort.

Furniture in the rooms is a bit dated, could do with updating

Everything was good. The staff, clean room, good pools with water park, game room, movie night. It is perfect for families with kids. And for adults it has 2 bars. Also have a restaurant.

The only thing that I didn't like was the security deposit. I don't know where the problem is but, the site online specifies that the amount you pay at the time of the reservation includes the security deposit but, when you arrive at the hotel they said that the security deposit wasn't paid off yet. It was the only thing that I didn't like, everything else was fine.

Second visit and had a great time. Laid back relaxing environment. The Pina colado at the tiki bar was 😋 the rooms were clean. There is so much for kids to do from game rooms and activities, the family movie was our favorite.

No real complaints. Some of the staff didn't speak English they were friendly but hard to communicate with, and I miss the coffee area with cold, specialty coffee's. The arcade was way overpriced, but the kids still had fun. Wish they could have played more for the $ we spent and didn't win any prizes.

JC was excellent help at the pool. All of the staff was great but he went that extra to make my family’s trip memorable. Thank you again for all you do even if you think it’s just your job I could relax knowing my little girl was safely swimming with her new found bestie at the pool.

remove some of the 3rd party vendors and have your cafe open daily. You have a wonderful staff but the amenities are limited during the week. The place could use a fresh coat of paint and this little gem hidden in the woods could be as bright as a diamond.

Good location. Very spacious room. Friendly staff. very clean rooms and property. Quiet. Absolutely love the small water park; Suitable for children and adults alike; it was fun and not crowded (well, at least not while we were there and in the morning); it also has a bar area adjacent to the water park. Plenty of parking.

The only thing I didn't like was that rafts for the lazy river were one size and for thinner persons, none for average peeps. Other than that, the place is great! Oh, one more thing, the bathtub is a bit high and slippery; must be very cautious going in and out of the tub.
