We appreciated the helpful staff and the proximity to Busch Gardens. The hotel is relatively new and well maintained.

Breakfast was a disorganized letdown. No fresh fruit, ridiculously small coffee urns, and an insufficient supply of key food items. In addition, the bed was low to the floor with a mattress that seemed hollow. Lastly, this is a dog-focused hotel where you are likely to hear barking because 1. Dogs bark, and 2. Mean, irresponsible humans coop their dogs up unattended in the rooms, which is against hotel policy.

Convenient and great location!

Room was extra spacious for one person, and the kitchenette was extremely useful for the few days I was there. Bed was nice and living area was a unique touch that included a privacy curtain. Breakfast was also extrememly.good with a variety of items to choose from. Staff also went above and beyond for me when I checked in. I had an issue with the first room I was put in, but Keisha was more than helpful and kind enough to switch my room for me. She was amazing!

One of the bed side lights was not working unfortunately, but it was only a minor issue.

1. Huge huge room! Had two beds plus a sofa sleeper but much bigger than the standard room (you could fit another blow up mattress on the floor and still have room). I know not all of the rooms were the same size, but ours was a great surprise for our family of 6. 2. Microwave plus near-full size fridge and freezer was amazing! 3. Amazing breakfast! Staff kept it replenished and there was always a good variety. 4. Fitness room was great, and the laundry room was as well. 5. 3. Pool area is clean, but small. You wouldn’t book here if the pool is a big deal for you. My kids were just happy to swim in the sun so it was fine for us!

1. Grout in the kitchenette area and bathroom needs a good clean. 2. We had an ant problem in our room. We kept all food sealed, but had a package of goldfish and Milano cookies that don’t seal so the package was just rolled down. I grabbed one for the kids before noticing they were covered in ants! I looked behind our boxes of food on the table/desk and ants were crawling everywhere! The hotel said they weren’t able to do anything about it because no other rooms were available, so I packaged all food in ziploc baggies. Thankfully I had some dual purpose cleaner with me that apparently works well for ants too! A quick wipe each day kept them away with the food also sealed. Had I not had this on me, I would have been more annoyed by the ant problem.

The rooms were upheld to a standard level of cleanliness. I did enjoy the close proximity to Busch Gardens. My spouse enjoyed the waffles from the continental breakfast. We only interacted with staff upon check in and check out, they were overall nice.

Two things I found as cons. The water pressure level in the shower was very light. Also, I was overcharged for the room. In which I had to dispute with my financial institution & the hotel. The issue was resolved within a few days after my stay.

Great 1bedroom suite, ideal for families and comfortable and well equipped. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious. Location great for Busch Gardens and ZooTampa.

Air conditioner and street were a little loud but we were so tired we slept through the extra noise no problem.

Room was clean and served coffee and tea 24 hours.

Breakfast sucked at this location. Everything was rubbery or tasted fake. Not a wide selection and no taste. Only thing good was the waffle. Rooms was loud I could hear everything in the halls and outside. A dog barked all night!

*Right off loud and busy street. We could hear a lot of ambient noise, traffic, and pedestrian noise, even on the 4th floor. I’d imagine this wasn’t taken into account when choosing windows; we thought we had a window open at first. If we come back we would specifically ask for a room on the back side of the hotel. *Shower water pressure is not good

Love the setup and usefulness of the rooms themselves. Having a kitchen is helpful even for short stays, and the divider curtain is nice when travelling as a whole family.

I don't love the products (shampoo/bodywash) but that is minor. The automatic blinds were neat but difficult at times. Breakfast ended too early, especially since most of it is refrigerated and you heat yourself, what is the harm in letting it stay open until 10 on weekdays? I also wish there was a hot tub. Overall a great chain though.
