Nobu Hotel Atlanta

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and the location was great.

I was SO excited to finally try The nobu restaurant. Unfortunately, it was VERY commercial and overpriced. The drinks were okay, but the food was, meh, nothing special. Our server, who was very sweet but clearly new, did not know the menu. This really cheapened the experience we had been so excited for. When going to Nobu I expect an exceptional experience. The service and food were mediocre at best. The hotel was wonderful and I would definitely stay again, but I would never eat at Nobu Atlanta again. Atlanta has SO many amazing restaurants to try, I would skip Nobu.

I loved the sheer elegance and thoughtfulness of the place. Everything in the room was well done. For example, my wife mentioned that she’d never slept so well in a hotel because the bed was a high-quality one. The amenities for the guests (robes, slippers, tea, snacks) are all nice touches.

The only thing I didn’t like was tipping the valet digitally. I say that because it’s not clear if the person who gets your car is aware that you’ve tipped them already. Or if that person gets the tip. It’s awkward, because I never want anyone thinking I just didn’t tip them. Maybe that aspect can be modified a bit.

The Nobu Hotel Atlanta was a pleasure to stay in. The staff was friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived. The room was absolutely stunning and had everything I needed for a smooth stay, including Dyson hair appliances (blow dryer and cordless straightener) and a garment steamer. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job, and were respectful of my belongings in the room. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to others.

The only downsides are nit-picky stuff: I wish the room had an iron and ironing board, but I didn't ask for one so I'm not sure if that was available upon request. Also my room did not come with a clock and I was unable to connect to the Chromecast in the televisions.

Hotel was new and sparkling clean!

Staff were friendly but as a guest, we didn’t feel like they were eager to go out of their way to please. This was disappointing because we had stayed at several Nobu Hotels in Asia where service excellence was the norm. Bathroom amenities were not provided; we had to ask for them. That’s fine, since we understand the need to be cost-efficient. But we felt that the reception staff should have pre-advised us at check-in or they could’ve put up little notices in the rooms that all we had to do was ask for them.

My experience with the staff was exceptional. They were very informative and the cleaning crew was amazing! The room was much larger than expected and felt very homey.

When I first arrived, it was a little dusty and I felt the room could have been cleaned more carefully. The shower was amazing but when you open the door, the water by the door rushes out, in which you have to grab a towel quickly to stop the water from traveling outside the shower. Other than that, I have no complaints.

The room was very clean, staff was friendly, and once you find the hotel, the location is great. Check in/out was fast and room service was yummy!

Valet wait time was extensive but the people working are nice. It would be nice for them to offer to make reservations at the restaurant (added bonus)! I stayed for 4 days, the cleaning crew came after 3pm on 2 days which seems a little late.

Nobu/Booking.Com charged higher than what was published at the time of booking in the site of Booking.Com. In the entire stay in various hotels in the USA from HardRock in NY, JW Marriot in Charlotte, Nobu Hotel in Atlanta and now at Kimpton EPIC hotel in Miami, every stay hotel/Booking.Com has charged various add-on which was not mentioned at the time of booking.

Attentive staff, excellent food, comfortable rooms and very beautiful and calming atmosphere. Location was superb with upscale shopping within walking distance. The most unexpected was the ability to drive hotel Porsche to shopping and dining within a 3 mile radius.

Hotel guests had to make reservations for dining due to the overwhelming public demand.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable! The pool was closed however got the chance to tour it and it looks great. Ill be back to try it out. The location is great and having a Nobu restaurant was the cherry on top!

There was not an all day menu available so bar breakfast or dinner there were no food options available.

The front desk attendant, Shelton, checked us in and he was very friendly. The hotel vibe and the rooms are very nice.

The bed was too low. We did not like any of the food items on the menu from the Nobu restaurant. It would have been nice if they offered steak or some other food items.
