Red Roof Inn Augusta – Washington Road

The front desk staff was very helpful. He was courteous and kind.

The place really needs updating... The room was clean as clean as possible... There were stains of mold in the shower. There was a bloody handprint behind the door which I have a picture of. One of the drawers was missing out of the nightstand and one side of the bed was totally unusable. Luckily I booked a king so we were able to stay.

Overall nice, cheap and comfortable stay. More than decent value for money, with a quite sufficient breakfast incl. with a bit of different things to choose from. Liked the people there, friendly staff, pool was clean enough. Location was decent compared to city if you have a car but some slightly sketchy folks around the main road at night.

It wasn’t the cleanest of rooms, light in the bathroom wasn’t working, socket for coffee machine wasn’t functional, so had to unplug floor lamp and move coffee machine to dirty floor to make it work, fridge was definitely one of the smaller ones.

A gentleman by the name of Ross I think it is was at the desk when I checked in he was such a awesome guest services associate the best I have encountered in a while and a young lady with some gray hair was with it with him and she was awesome as well and I overheard them calling her Miss V but I don't really know her name but she was awesome also it was truly service with a smile.

I really cannot say that I didn't like anything at the property the property was well manicured it really exceeded all of my expectations I encountered so many pleasant staff members there I would never say I didn't like anything there because it was an awesome place to stay

It was a great location within a short walking distance to a number of restaurants and a short drive to a few grocery stores. I highly recommend this location if you want to be close to Fort Gordon as it's a shortish distance away from the inn.

There wasn't anything in particular that I didn't like to be honest. The breakfast was okay, but definitely recommend getting there a bit early to get things that are super fresh. Other than that no complaints.

The room was clean and quite. Great for the price that we paid. Lots of restaurants near by.

I think this particular part of Augusta town is not their fanciest part. Some homeless people, could be seen. But the room was clean quite and cheep. So it worked out good.

Everything the staff was friendly and the breakfast was great

The low water pressure cause of the fact that it was a old building but I have to give them credit because they will work on whatever they can within their limitations

The bed is comfortable and I love how this hotel is pet-friendly and they don't charge you extra if you bring your pets. The location is good bc it's close to convenience stores and grocery stores.

In our room the water pressure is really low. We pretty much had to stay under the shower head for a few extra minutes to get ourselves really wet and when we are rinsing ourselves off.

That the ice machine has been out of order for over a year. That is hard to believe. Guests must use the ice vendor next door at Sunset Inn. That's somewhat embarrassing.

It was so quiet ,very clean,and located by everything that me and my son needed. The staff was awesome

I can't complain about nothing . maybe deposit lol

As always the customer service was awesome Veronica the manager is awesome page and the laundry treats you like a queen when you're there awesome group of people I would suggest that anybody stay there
