Had to pay for an executive suite and that was fine except we had to call for linens for pull out couch and they said they would be right up but didn't We had to go get them. Barley any closet space. Breakfast was gravy and eggs No spoons for cereal A young lady was running it and she was not concerned with keeping things stocked just wiped down. Again it was clean but we paid $290 and expected breakfast We had to go buy something to eat

The staff is great, very welcoming. Answered all of my questions as well as resolving all of my issues. Antonio, is a great director. Roy, made sure I had the best rate and always greeted me with politeness. Daniel, was so nice remembered my name and made sure my stay was comfortable. Ariana, is such a sweet young lady I had alot of items. She offered to help with getting everything into the room. It was one more guy with the freckles. He was funny and nice as well he was ready to assist. Great staff combination. Great customer service goes along way and I'll definitely be referring and returning.

I did not really care for the breakfast sandwiches, I really like a hot breakfast, not much choices there, Everything else was good, Coffee was excellent.
I didn't get much rest the first night. The sprinkler system light and the smoke alarm light was flashing throughout the night,all night. It did not happen the second night and I slept well.

We always stay at this location when traveling from Ohio to Florida. We pay a little more, but we get what we pay for. This location never disappoints.
Not as much care was taken this time with cleanliness, and attention to detail, to the room, which was surprising.

Great location, awesome staff, very clean! Our room was very nice and very clean! The bed was super comfortable, we slept in and didn’t mean too! Breakfast was good and fast! We highly highly recommend this hotel!
