Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis Northwest

Some of the friendliest and most helpful staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in (thank you Rhonda and Ricky!). I had an online meeting midday and they gave us a late check-out no problem, which was incredibly helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet and the breakfast was great! Delicious scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, an oatmeal bar, toast, bagels, etc. Little touches like packets of Frank’s hot sauce and fresh salsa were really appreciated. You can tell they really care here about their guests’ experience. We’ve been staying in hotels across the country for a month and this was by far our favorite.

The location was perfect for my stay. Close to the interstate, restaurants, shopping, and easy to get in and out of. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Because of COVID the breakfast was a sack with an unripe orange, cookies, pop tart, and small juice. They also had a few things in a refrigerator like a couple of breakfast sandwiches that could be microwaved and yogurt.

Considering it was a to go breakfast due to Covid, it wasn't totally bad. The staff was friendly. The kids loved the pool!

The pull out couch was way smaller than I expected! I thought it would at least be a full size bed and it was more like a twin size bed my 10 y.o. barely fit comfortably on it. The description says the room could fit up to 6 people and we were 4 including a 2 and a 5 year old who slept on the king bed with me but had my kids been bigger or my husband stayed too I doubt we would have fit at all with the couch being so small...

Staff very hard working, pleasant, clean and tried to accommodate unfortunately we were not in our rooms until after 9pm. I arrived at 5pm only 1 room was ready.

That I couldn't get what I asked for and no effort was made to rectify the situation. The hotel was full so I did get what I paid for. Breakfast was available for my group.

All the staff were wonderful with a shout out to Brittany who went above and beyond to accommodate our request.

Tameka and Sharron they were absolutely wonderful and accomodations wet amazing they were very helpful and so sweet they deff need a raise and be employee of the month the guy at night could have been a little more accommodating and friendly but over all we loved everything about this hotel and the king suit was amazing thanks for the great stay guys keep it up

They don't bring things to u in the hotel so if your a single parent with kids makes it a little more difficult

Very loud inside due to the interstate. Rooms need updated- door would unlock (turn green) but not open until 3rd try every time I left and came back. Bathroom fixtures a little worn

Manager Ricky and front desk Rhonda was awesome. I needed an extra pillow she searched until she founded one. Ricky made us feel at home and welcome. He always spoke when he saw us, making sure everything was alright. Excellent team and manager.

Ran out of breakfast grab bags on the second day.

Because of coronavirus breakfast is not very well but on their behalf they do try to do their best within the rules.

The female at the front desk at 6:00 am is rude, short and blunt and because of her we will not stay there again. We have stayed several times and like the hotel because of its proximity to Indy ortho but the female at the front desk takes away from what is an excellent hotel. Thats too bad...
