Even though the check out is at 11 am and check in at 2 pm. Most people are already checked out before 11 am or earlier. There should be some rooms already to go after 11 am. And not have to wait until 2 pm to check in. I understand you're short staff. Someone should get started on those empty rooms once the guess leave. Hopefully you'll have more staffs in the future. But I think you guys have come a long ways to get started on those rooms and done a very good keeping up on demands. Better luck next time when we decide to stay there again.

Jolon at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Very nice gal! Greeted us with a smile and a upbeat attitude. As we were leaving for our night out she came out and told us how great we looked. Loved her!!!!!!
