The location and breakfast was great! The staff was very friendly.
The remote wouldn’t work for the volume on the television. It looked like the bathroom was started to be remodeled and then didn’t get finished. We didn’t know the pool wasn’t available.

The evening desk clerk gave us a fantastic recommendation. Breakfast offerings were: bread, scrambled eggs, coffee or green tea. When asked, the clerk found and cooked a few sausages. That was all.

There really wasn’t much of a breakfast. If someone was at the check in desk you could request a sausage and egg biscuit to heat up in the microwave. That was about it. Machine coffee was pretty good. Juice machine also provided. To be fair there is a pandemic going on. We saw an unmasked gal at the desk when we checked in. She didn’t offer to mask up even though we were wearing masks. No attendant present when we checked out. Fortunately there was a McDonald’s nearby or breakfast. Overall I felt we were overcharged, given that there was no true breakfast service. The mattress on the bed was not that comfortable either. Usually happy with quality inn but not this time.

The staff were super nice and helpful. The price and location was good.
The room could have been cleaner. The comforter and bed skirt were stained. There was dust on the headboard and bottoms of the chairs. There was old food in the mini fridge. A fruit option for breakfast would have been nice. I feel like the staff were doing the best they could but were under supported.

Just felt uneasy the whole time I was there. No breakfast the first day, no cleaning of room, clientele left an easy feeling.
