Hampton Inn Louisville Northeast

It was a nice room, and I loved the shower. I liked having a mini fridge and microwave. The free breakfast was great! There was a nice selection of food and the scrambled eggs were pretty tasty. There's a wonderful Japanese restaurant in walking distance (across the parking lot). That's where we ate dinner.

The mattress was very soft. I'm used to a more firm mattress, but this was a really soft mattress.. softer than other hotels I've stayed at. The pillows were also extremely soft. This is perfect for anyone who likes really soft mattresses and pillows though. The bed was very squeaky. This may be TMI, but the toilet is oddly high. I'm 5'2" and I couldn't touch the floor, lol. That was weird.

Your facility was excellent. Staff was so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. They breakfast was so good and one of the best we have every had in hotels.The room was very clean. The outside sitting area was so nice.

The only thing that was a little disturbing was there was a bullet hole in our widow. We let the staff know and they said they were so sorry. They wanted to change our room but we said it was OK we just wanted them to know it was there

Friendly staff, safe property, well maintained, clean. Was traveling cross country with my car full of my belongings and didn't feel uncomfortable parking my car at the hotel. The staff was great and attentive.

Minor incidence occurred the morning of checkout where two employees were loudly discussing and complaining about a coworker behind their back. Unprofessional but no impact on the overall view of my stay.

Free Breakfast. No noise from neighbors. Restaurant near. Walking track and pool in same area. Microwave. Large Suite. Friendly staff. 10 mins or more towards things to do and see downtown. Easy and quick checkin and out

Understanding the air unit and maintaining a cold temperature. We had some issues with it some nights. Also There was a truck that took up 6 parking spots so we had to park near the restaurant and worried about being towed... larger lot would be nice.

Ease at check in and checkout. Staff were great. The person working the desk Thursday evening made fresh coffee when we were just grabbing a cup of coffee to head back to our room. The pond beside the hotel.

Lack of choice at breakfast. Where the toilet paper was located in the bathroom-- next impossible to reach back for. There isn't a grab bar in the tub or just outside the tub. The tub bottom is slippery.

Everything was clean and looked amazing. The staff was friendly and talkative. Pool was also super clean and pretty

My only real complaint was a more personal one. I found the beds to be hard and the pillows went flat. But that’s usually just hotels. Besides that it was amazing stay.

The breakfast was amazing each day of our stay. Clean Facility.

Our room was very dusty and the tub had several bugs in it. I’m not the one to complain so, I took upon myself and used my own cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom and spray and disinfected the room.

I liked the breakfast accommodations and the swings overlooking the pond were wonderful! The room and the bathroom were clean, modern and a very decent size.

Coffee maker in the hotel room was very small and a bit odd. Could definitely use an upgrade on those!

Customer service was great! Absolutely loved the pool and lake right next to the hotel! It was a perfect location for fun and food.

The breakfast wasn’t great. It could use more options and have out enough for all guest between 6-10.

Decor, shower , comfy bed and pillows. The fact that we had both a microwave and a fridge. The containers for the shampoo, soap, etc as opposed to the individual items.
