Nice rooms Friendly staff Good amenities Decent to good breakfast.

Cleaning staff seems like the people who cleaned the room were in a hurry. Mist several things that needed cleaned, Tables and drawer tops were half done.

Definitely exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again based on value, cleanliness, location, safety, and staff professionalism. They even had breakfast each morning and hot buffett style offering, with a server for the sake of protecting public health interests.

It would have been perfect if the walls were a little more sound proof. I heard my neighbors arguing several times, words were clearly identifiable. This in turn diminished my feeling of privacy. Not enough to prevent me from coming back. I wanted good value, and the positives far outweigh the one negative.

It was very nice and clean.. I work at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in hazard KY. MY position is front desk clerk. I also worked house keeping b4 that. I was amazed how clean and well kept. Our hotel in hazard is horrible. It looks nothing like this one. The one I work for needs updated and the Furniture is stained. The carpet is stained. Very poorly maintained. The nicest part about one in hazard is the housekeeping staff does their job.

I missed breakfast because the bed and pillows were so comfy I overslept. If I could have I would have bought a pillow lol

The pool closed too early for the summer. Would have loved to swim for at least another hour until dark.

Breakfast was great. Lots of options. Very nice staff. Quiet, comfortable, clean.

Some challenges at checkin. I booked 2 rooms. Was told on arrival only had 1. Front desk clerk could learn more re: customer service. Very challenging.

excellent location, facility and staff. hotel located directly off highway. like the renovations appears updated and modern. staff helpful providing local place for dinner. had tasty breakfast in hotel before getting back on the highway. hotel clean and comfortable.

New and clean! Very spacious and comfortable

The fold out/ couch was all tore up and foam hanging out. Didn’t bother us just didn’t expect to see a clean nice room then an old couch that was ripped up

The easy access from the Interstate was a great plus. We were traveling a long distance and the friendly and clean atmosphere and convenient eating establishment locations was great.

The only thing I did not like was not having a ground floor room as requested.

Breakfast was fantastic! Options were above expectations. Staff on Sunday was friendly and helpful.

Floors were dirty tile in bathroom seemed to have somethings on it. Carpet felt dirty also. We felt the need to wear shoes during our stay.
