it’s location. convenient to all we needed. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Room was outdated. Had big stain on floor which might have been reason carpet looked old and dirty. Toilet paper was cheapest 1-ply on market. No free breakfast. And for price of the room, no excuse for cheap TP or no free breakfast. We have stayed at several Marriotts around the country the last year and a half and this one by far was the worst.

The location and size of this particular room.

I stay here often and typically on the first floor. This particular room we had, had a smell as if the carpet got wet and the room was closed up for a while. We had mask on, sanitized the room with Lysol and went to dinner. Upon return and removing our mask was when I smelled the odor even after sanitizing it. I did mention it to the front desk clerk. I was only staying two nights so I used room spray throughout my stay. However I would expect this to be resolved for future customers.

The staff was nice and maintenance was quick to fix and issue with the a/c. Towels were promptly delivered.

The hottub jets did not work. No complimentary breakfast.

The bed was extremely comfortable.

Although it was a handicapped room, there was not another chair to use for someone who wasn't handicapped. So we had to request a chair, which ended up being a chair from the dining room...not too comfortable.

It was a nice place to stay, our rooms were not ready when we checked in, but when we came back they were. The staff was friendly.

Our friends room, one of the beds had not been made up. That was the only complaint.

The staff were great. All of them are very kind and accommodating. We have stayed at this location 3 times in 2 months. It is our official stay in Shreveport. P.S. not sure where the frowning face came from.

The inside pool. The room was very clean the view from the balcony.

Front desk clerk was very helpful. When made there outside very nice and clean. Inside clean. Will visit again when I visit home.

Staff was vey nice and helpful

The breakfast should come with the room rate because there was nothing special about it.

The room was filthy. The floors around the refrigerator looked like they had not been swept or vacuumed in a long time. Dirt and debris were caked in the carpet.
