Hampton Inn Batesville

The hotel was clean, no smell, updated and quiet. Quick check in. Lots of snacks and drinks available for purchase at welcome snack bar. Free white chocolate chip cranberry cookies. Lobby was nice. Pool was open, clean and warm enough to be comfortable (outdoor pool. It was about 84 outside.) There were plenty of clean pool towels available by the pool. My 5 & 6 yo and I had a blast before dinner. Was a wonderful way to get some exercise together after the long day’s drive. Room was clean and updated. Nice large TV-the lids enjoyed some Disney JR before bed. Floor seemed clean-tho I wish all hotels would do away with carpet. Bathroom was tidy and stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries including mouth wash. I liked the valet rack for our next day outfits. Plenty of outlets. Nice large bedside table. Two table top surfaces were really handy. The cube padded stools under one of the tables was perfect for the kids to eat their dinner. Nice clean fridge.A microwave we didn’t use. The curtains were clean and the room smelled nice-no smell. Beds were very clean and comfortable. We brought our own pillows but theirs seemed clean. Breakfast was amazing! Many places have eliminated b’fast or are offering very limited options because of covid so I wondered. They had an oatmeal bar with a lot of toppings, a nice pre-made veggie frittata, grits, muffins, bagels, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, many cereal options, yogurt, and a waffle bar with jams, whipped cream, peanut butter and honey. The waffles were the best I’ve ever had! Even better than my homemade waffles! A little crispy, fluffy, they tasted great! OJ, Apple juice, strawberry kiwi water, several coffee and creamer choices and a large selection of teas. Great stay!! Wanted to stay longer just for the TV, clean room, pool and b’fast! 😄

The ONLY small thing I noticed was the toilet bowl was stained from the water, like mineral deposits. Not sure scrubbing would remove the stain. Same with the tub. Not dirty but slightly stained. It wasn’t gross just a reminder that it wasn’t a brand new hotel. This was an exceptional value for the cost. Best hotel I stayed in on this trip. The other hotels I stayed in were a Quality Inn in Birmingham and an Amerivu in Shell Lake WI.

The beds were super comfortable..liked the bathroom being not visible from main room. Breakfast was a nice addition.. Overall was much better than expected!! And that is always a nice surprise!

Really just that the gray was too thin.that's all i got to say that wasnt great. But everything else was good..really don't expect a 5 star breakast at a hotel on the road..so you did a good job.

It was an average mid range hotel. It was clean nothing spectacular but it was close to many restaurants and shops.

The tub spout was falling off the desk chair was cloth and dirty stained the bathroom tub need caulking around outside base. Staff was fine but not overly friendly. And always hiding back in the office

Great location, lots of restaurants close by. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was okay, I did like how they had brown bags set up so that one could grab some breakfast to go. The workout area was clean and plenty of towels.

Sunday was my last morning. I had to take a quick and cold shower, no hot water.

From the moment we walked in the motel to the time we checked out, the experience exceeded our expectations. Front desk very welcoming, room spotless, beds very comfortable, plush towels. We didn’t have breakfast because we brought our own in a cooler, preferring to be cautious due to Covid. Having said that, the breakfast area was very clean.

Nothing I didn’t like about this property.

My son and I travel to Batesville Mississippi to relax and enjoy hunting with friends. We stay at Hampton because of the great staff and comfortable rooms, and definitely the breakfast. Great place to stay. Definitely reccommend this destination.

clean, friendly front desk, safe location, have stayed here before. daughter is in a local college town. great value!

Didn’t get replacement towels, coffee should be offered all day or at least until after lunch. No housekeeping our second day.

I did not have breakfast, but I enjoyed my stay @ the hotel.

The courteous staff and their assistance if I need anything to make stay more comfortable. I had all supplies needed like coffeemaker and refrigerator, & microwave. The ironing board was a plus for me..

front desk didn’t have my reservations for 2 night. Desk staff quickly correct it !!

I loved everything from the staffs to the desk check in staffs!!!! The rooms were so nice n clean!!!! I would recommend anyone to stay here, n I’ll most definitely be staying here again!!!! Amazing! ❤️

Nothing better could have been done, everything was so nice, maybe a slip resistant mat in the tub. but datz about it, I loved everything!
