If I could give an 11 score or more to the staff at this hotel, I would do it without hesitation. From check-in to check-out, including desk staff, breakfast staff, maintenance and housekeeping, everyone was friendly, helpful, competent and welcoming.
I have absolutely nothing to complain about with this 5-day stay!

Although there's not much of a few in the area, the amenities inside the rooms kept you away from the windows. Great service, comfortable bed, clean bathrooms and an awesome staff.

I couldn't believe how comfortable the bed was - usually when I stay somewhere, my back hurts the next morning. Was able to sleep well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Next time I travel in that area, I will definitely stay there. Thank you

The quiteness
The receptionist that checked me in did not apply the payment to the card specified. She applied the payment to the card used to reserve the as well as the card being used to pay for the room. Which totaled to be more than the booking rate. And I still have not recieved a refund for that!!!
