Fairfield Inn & Suites Charlotte Pineville

The young woman at the front desk (maybe Aniya) very pleasant & welcoming which is so refreshing after a long trip! The property was immaculate in all aspects! Probably the cleanest I have ever seen. My room was spotless and I loved the fact that the young woman who cleaned our room made little roses on top of the toilet paper & tissues! Not sure if this is expected at your property but was definitely a nice touch! Breakfast was full, plentiful & delicious. I ended up at this property because I was booked elsewhere down the street & it was awful. We HAD to get out of there as soon as possible. This exceeded all of my expectations & would highly recommend this property to all who travel!

Can't think of a single thing to change!

The first 100% great hotel in USA. I loved everything there. Super clean, great room, super comfortable bed, amazing breakfast, great staff. 100% recommend it to everyone. Great location, 4 minutes away from mall, great area. I’m telling that’s the first such a great hotel I’ve ever stayed.

Everything was perfect.

Staff was very friendly.. Entrance way, lobby& outside back area was well kept.. The breakfast was very good.. The room area was clean.. The bed& sofa was comfortable..

We didn’t like the shower tub.. was not clean.. the drain had a thick ring of hair attached to the drain.. and strains of hair on the shower floor.. but the rest of the bathroom seem to be cleaned.. Also I didn’t appreciate housekeeping knocking on the door at 9:30 Am! Check out time was 12pm! I was laying in bed & she keep knocking & she proceeding to just walk in.. After she heard me say something then she going say “Sorry baby, I thought you were gone “ Highly pissed! Because where is the protocol for guest that has not check out so housekeeping is fully aware of guest that are still check in!

Breakfast staff was excellent. Rooms were surprisingly quiet to outside noise. All staff members were eager to accommodate even if it was something they could not give. Perfect location.

Breakfast could have had a few more options such as grits. Elevators sounded shaky. A few times I worried I was going to get stuck.

not sure the cleaning staff opened any drawers when cleaning the room between guests. A box part of a pizza was in the closet on the top shelf and a half eaten brownie was in the bedside table. Kinda odd. Other than that the room was clean.

The breakfast was great! They had turkey sausage for those who don’t eat pork like myself that was a plus. It was kept very clean and stocked up all the way to the very last minute! It was not cluttered and everything was accessible.

This property is New! I like the fire pit area near the pool. it was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and kind. check in was effortless. I told him my name and he gave me the key and walked me to the elevator. Breakfast was included and it was good. I have this one on my list of Favs.

cleanliness of room (some hair & food wrappers were left untidied. short staffing (at times the attendant was missing from the desk & ppl left waiting outside bc they can’t get in or ppl left waiting in the lobby)

The night clerk was so nice and greeted us even though it was a little late. The breakfast was fantastic. The bed was so comfortable and everything was so clean.

There was honestly not a single thing I didn't like.

The night audit on duty 12/31/22 was amazing! She helped accommodate my every need. She interacted with my daughter the entire stay and made her feel so special! She’s amazing at her job and I will be recommending everyone I know!
