The hotel was clean, quiet, and located in a great spot where you have access to stores and food needed. The staff remembered who you were and were amazingly friendly. Always inquiring about your day and asking how your stay was and were attentive to everything.

The stay was amazing. The only downside was the bathroom. It does not vent, so when you shower, it fogs really bad to the point it starts fogging the outside of the door. This causes everything in the bathroom to get really slick. The shower curtain isn't really good, so water gets everywhere, and the showerhead only sprayed out of one side, making the pressure really hard and making it hard to rinse off.

Staff were excellent and super friendly. Fast elevator. Hot breakfast including eggs and sausage that were gluten free, included juice and fruit, waffles and pancakes. Everything seems new or very clean. Walk in shower. Parking was easy. Restaurant options close by. Easy location for us from what we were doing either by freeway or by surface streets. Bed was firm but comfortable.

Our home is super quiet when we sleep and our a/c heat unit seemed very loud and we woke up every time it cycled on. Not sure that doesn't happen everywhere though. Would love other chair options when picking a room, a recliner or a foot stool I knew that when we booked but if I could make a suggestion that might be it.

Didn't want breakfast but the offer was nice. Snack area is great for a small fee. Employee gave us water bottles for free and I was so relieved as I didn't have cash on me at that moment. After being up for 16hrs, getting horrible news mom was shot, then packing everything, then driving 12hrs nonstop, we were exhausted. I was an emotional hot mess. The little things mattered and made a huge impact for us! Staff was friendly and tends to needs promptly. Towels were freshly cleaned. Toiletries were available if you needed. We had two small dogs with us as well and they enjoyed it too! They are trained to use pee pads but it was nice having the option to take the dogs outside instead! They loved it!! They loved the attention and had a big happy face! The pool was a little dirty but I really can't complain, my son was laughing/happy, and I needed that moment so desperately. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back! Hopefully on much better terms! Until then, thank you for your services.

From the stairwell entering the 2nd floor, the door slams shut so fast. It jammed my fingers and they are bruised up pretty good. The other doors dont slam like that one, maybe the tension rod needs adjusted? It's loud and shook our room, which set the dogs off. At random times throughout the night, as people come and go 24/7. Once they got used to the slamming and shaking they quit barking, thank goodness. But the slam still startled me haha

The pool/ Breakfast hours were strange. We planned on swimming in the morning before we checked out but pool didn’t open until 11. We came down to breakfast right at 9. we didn’t realize breakfast ended at 9. Kitchen staff was extremely rude and started putting away breakfast before we could get to it. We let the front desk know and they handled the situation very well!

Melissa at front desk kind, courteous, helpful. Woman that prepares free breakfast was very diligent and cared very much about customer service. Room was clean. Vending items in front shop very affordable. Good, cold A/C. Spacious, safe parking area. A+ customer service.

Pull out queen bed mattress was too uncomfortable to use. Very cheap and practically useless. Better to just sleep on sofa.

Comfortable beds, convenient location, allowed early check-in. The evening staff at the front desk was helpful and shared 2 decks of cards with my granddaughters.

The little white haired lady overseeing breakfast the 1st morning, was grumpy. When I asked for her assistance with a spill my granddaughter had, she was put out to have to clean it up.

The staff was excellent, and very friendly.

During the week the breakfast could have been served until 10 a.m. and it would have been better. There was a very rowdy party of teenagers during our stay. The one time we used the pool, they were doing backflips off of the edge. Our party got out of the pool at that point. I know several guests complained about this group the next day. We stayed at this hotel overnight while traveling home from our 20th anniversary trip to San Diego. Our flight into Tulsa landed about 45 minutes late due to severe weather, but Melissa was a very friendly face after a long day of traveling. She made us feel very welcome and our check-in was smooth. The staff even left us an anniversary card and some goodies, which was so nice! Our room was clean and comfortable and just what we needed for the night. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location!! So close to so many things like food and stores! Bed was comfortable LOVED the feather pillows I actually woke up with no neck or back pain. Breakfast was really good especially the eggs! just wish there was other fruit besides oranges and more pastry options like maybe muffins or mini cinnamon rolls or different types of bagels besides plain

The bathroom sink faucet was so close literally 1.5 fingers away from the back of the sink you literally couldn't wash your hands or do anything with it! Definitely needs a longer faucet

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, very clean and great breakfast.

The pillows were kind of flat and the halls at one point smelled like marijuana it was late evening around 7pm ish. My daughters also seen two females vaping in the pool area. I would like to see maybe a few more fruit and cereal options for breakfast for families with kids. Still a good stay despite the two things listed above
