If you are looking for a place with great historic vibes, than Magnolia House & Gardens is your match! Both the house itself & the interior will give you this more Southern pre-war feel. Eightball (the dog) and Americana music during breakfast make the feel complete! Laura is a great host.

Note that the house is located at a quite busy road. Traffic noise can be heard in the bedroom. Also, as mentioned in the provided info: you will be sharing the bathroom with other guests (fortunately there is a back-up bathroom). I guess also this is in line with a more historic experience ;-).

we have family in Clover so it was very convenient.

we liked everything except you must climb stairs to get to bedrooms and you must share the bathroom. we didn’t mind either of those potential issues but others need to be aware.

Gorgeous old house that is decorated beautifully. Details everywhere! Beautiful gardens- would be great for a wedding! Delicious breakfast! The host made us feel so welcome!! There are places to sit and read or have a coffee all over the house - inside and out. Lovely! Hidden gem.

I thought that I might be a little warm with no air conditioning but the ceiling fan ( and a box fan available in the closet made it very comfortable).

The hostess! Laura was wonderful. The place has tons of charm and we liked it very much. Laura was very hospitable and invited us to use all the facilities- the living room and the kitchen.

We would prefer an en-suite bathroom, but we did know upfront that the bathroom is shared, so no complaints.

My husband and I stayed at Magnolia House for 3 nights and Laura was very friendly and personable, and the B&B was very clean, and quiet. The breakfast was homemade and delicious! Snacks and drinks (including wine) were available if wanted or needed. We were the only guests, so the shared bathroom wasn't an issue (but there are two full baths). There are robes in the room should you need to get up in the middle of the night. We both loved our stay and would highly recommend Magnolia House (and will be back)!

We were in the area for a baseball tournament and located the cute place right in the middle of the two venues we were playing at..We look for the cool spots to stay while traveling.

Convenient location and a charming house. We sat on the porch, sipped wine, and talked quite a while.

Private bathrooms would have been good, but it wasn't busy so that wasn't a problem.

We loved our stay at the Magnolia House & Gardens! The host was very hospitable and told us about local attractions. We enjoyed eating our dinner in the screened in porch and had a wonderful nights sleep. Breakfast was just what we needed for our journey on! Definitely recommend!!
