The room and bathroom were bigger than I thought. Really nice and clean.

When I went to check in I had to wait a couple of minutes for anyone to come to the front desk which is fine. When the woman came from the back, she just looked at me, no hello, how are you or anything. I told her I had a reservation. She asked my name and told me she needed my iD and credit card. I gave them to her, no thank you or anything. She then told me where the elevator was and I asked based on our room the side door would be closer. She didn’t tell me what side door. I just said okay and she went back to looking at her computer screen. She wasn’t rude per-say but she wasn’t nice either.

The price and cleanliness and comfortable.

They only came in the room one time and only gave us clean towel and took the trash in the week that we was there. And the morning breakfast staff was rude and disrespectful told my husband 30 minutes before that she was about to clean up and gave him dirty looks and then about 10 other staff member came and took all the breakfast food for themselves. The pool also didn't work

Gentleman that checked us in very professional and nice. Also, gave me information that was helpful. We were able to get a room for the night. Convenient to restaurants. Air conditioner worked great. Able to hook up are fire stick.

Pool was not heated, hot tub out of order.. Was advised when checking in, but we really needed a stay. We still tried the pool, was a little chilly. But would've been nice, if they were working properly. Like it had been before when we stayed in the past..

Staff was very welcoming & was always willing to help when needed! Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good!

It was a bummer that the swimming pool was closed, but we went to the other facility and we were still able to swim so we appreciated that. The front of the hotel had a bit of a strong odor that smelled a little bit like body odor before you entered the lobby. But the rest of the hotel and the lobby was very clean!

The hotel is nice, room was spacious and well appointed. It was in a perfect location for our needs and easy to get to. Within easy walking distance to several restaurants. On a main road, but did not hear traffic at all.

Breakfast was sparse - waffles, biscuits, powdered eggs, cereal and apples was all. Bathroom could have been cleaner as there were spots on the toilet.

Comfortable bed, clean, great shower and water pressure

The only breakfast offered Friday morning was a cold Jimmy Dean sandwich from a cooler, apple or orange juice. The next day they had tour bus of elderly people and had waffles, biscuits, fruit, cereal etc. Would be nice if offered daily

Remote worked for cable box but not tv. Lady from front desk went though steps listed on a sheet they leave in the rooms meaning this is a constant problem. Never got fixed. No biggie. Big was next day I was told I would be given same rate of $99/nt, $113 with tax & fees. I was charged $157! This threw off my bank acct. I contacted booking and told to msg the property. I’ve heard nothing.

Bed, pillows were fabulous!

I would say, the elevator shakes a little too much when its settling in for a stop going onto the 3rd floor. Little nerve racking. Notice the certification expires soon in April.

Very clean hotel , good breakfast.

The pool and jacuzzi were both cold and not very clear water. No self laundry facilities.

The room was huge. It was clean, lots of towels, great closets and dressers. The bed was comfortable and so big. It was just the best room we're ever had.

The ice machines didn't work on the 3rd or 2nd floor. Also the hot tub by the pool was colder then the pool.
