Comfort Suites West Dallas-Cockrell Hill

Breakfast was good! Location was also good due to it being a little separate from town and we felt safer as we seen a lot of homeless people downtown :(

Only thing that could have been better was house keeping at least goin by to check on our room to at least throw the trash, new towels and just to make sure nothing was needed! House keeping did not go the 3 days we stayed but we were able to get things needed from front desk!

It was in a convenient location with plenty of stores and restaurants. The staff was awesome and friendly. Parking was convenient. Breakfast was the best

The pool wasn’t too clean and the hot tub wasn’t working and it was dirty. The snacks and drinks are too pricey

All was well taken care of and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good typical hotel free breakfast with choice of cereal, make your own waffles, sausage, scrambled eggs, yougurt, toast, condiments, juice, coffee, etc.

I loved that the staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. The price for two nights was also very reasonable.

I didn’t like how small the King Suite was and that the bed had a few ants, so I was bitten.

The staff were excellent. The first night, our air conditioner just wouldn't cool down, so at midnight we were able to move right next door. The next day, we couldn't get the TV to work, and someone from maintenance came and showed us how to work it.

The eggs at breakfast were cold.

Clean, efficient. Air-conditioner works, water pressure is fine. Local places to eat are a stones throw away.

I was charged differently at the hotel than what I was quoted on the booking site. But I stayed here during the Winter storm that ravaged most of Texas, so I didn't bother disputing it because I had to put up my elderly mother here due to the lack of electricity at our house. Print out your booking reservation just in case.

the hotel keys didn’t wanna work. that’s pretty much it. the breakfast really not the best but it is understandable due to Covid.

The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the breakfast. Coffee was not hot either day. The eggs were watery and the meat had no flavor.The juice was watered down almost to the point of no flavor. Breads left out overnight.

It was very clean with clean rooms smell fresh nice breakfast except potatoes but Jernior and Laura was very nice at front desk clean pool had fun in jacuzzi was hot

I really didn’t have any complaints

Breakfast was good and fresh. Cooked to perfection.

Card was double charged after we had already paid for stay in advance.
