The Beeman Hotel

Loved the Beeman. It was clean, airy, relaxing and well-located close to DART with supermarkets/restaurants/pharmacy nearby - great for us as a school group in town for a competition. Found the facilities good with very comfortable beds. The kids loved the pool which has nice seating areas and a sun patio. In particular though, it was the staff who stood out. All were so courteous and accommodating of our questions and requests - need to especially mention Simon and Matthew the shuttle bus drivers who were unfailingly helpful and polite, and the lovely ladies at the bar who filled many bottles of water for us with a smile. Thanks also to Corey (manager) for your assistance. If I am ever back in Dallas, I'll stay here!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Beeman Hotel. The aesthetics of the hotel is amazing. The art of the wall, the neon light, and the furniture complimented one another. Our room was clean and smelled fresh. I loved that they had a small vanity mirror for me to do my makeup. That is a rare gem in a hotel. The customer service that all employees gave was welcoming. Jacqueline stood out at the front desk with her great customer service skills and smile. The food and drink at the restaurant hit the spot and was delicious.The location wasn't too far from the airport and not too far from the event we were attending. I will definitely tell friends and family about the great experience at the Beeman Hotel.

Front desk agents were super friendly and welcoming. I like that there was free parking and security driving around at night watching the place. The ac gets nice and cold and pets are welcomed. The rooms are big and beautiful.

I’ve stayed here at least 7 times and one time I was placed next to the pool on the first level and there was water seeping through the hardwood floor. I told the man working overnight last year and he said he knew, but still booked me in that room. Another thing, this stay in the room I was in smelled really bad. It was like a wet dog smell but aside from that I love the hotel and will be staying here again. It’s beautiful.

It would be nice to include a breakfast of some sort, and also have some robes and room slippers available.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. There was a lot of free parking which was fantastic, and a huge bonus, for the area. The room was modern yet cozy and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff are friendly, polite, and very responsive when in need of assistance. The restaurant and lounge was great as well. The food and drinks were very good. Would absolutely stay here again.

The only con was that the sliding bathroom door in the room has a gap and didn’t close flush to the frame. This made it hard to have privacy in the bathroom while traveling with a partner.

Our family loved the friendly front desk and staff! The hotel has great amenities like an indoor heated pool and restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

You could tell the restaurant was very busy and the food was outstanding! My husband and I both agreed they were understaffed it seemed in the evenings and at breakfast especially!! Of course, we were there in busy times and it was raining one night, so there were lots of people escaping the weather at the bar getting drinks as well, but it did seem like the staff could’ve used another hand or two working at meal times in the restaurant.

It smelled of a spa at all times. The bed was comfortable. Easy parking. The interior design for the whole property was awesome.

I think they needed and outdoor fire, or some heaters outside so you could go out in the cute outdoor patio when it’s cold. We thought the pool was going to be like a hot tub. But it was cold unless you stayed right were the heat was coming from. That was a bummer. The shower looked nice and the water stayed hot but the water pressure was terrible. The bottles of water should be complimentary in my opinion. Shouldn’t have to pay 5 dollars for it. However if you had a Beeman reusable water bottle that came with the 5 dollar water bottle I’d buy it.

Room size was great. Hotel was clean. Nice beds. Location is great if you are staying around Dallas. The Hotel is right by the highway but it's sound proof so can't hear all the noises from the highway. I stayed on the 3rd floor and i could see the highway but couldn't hear it. Overall Great stay

Didn't like that you had to request a room service yourself, and if you didn't nothing will get done. On top of that you only get till 10am to put in your request, after that you'll have to wait till the next day.

The decor was fun, looked clean, clean rooms, nice lounge area and bar.

The bathroom door was a sliding door and was not able to fully close and lock the door. Did not get that full privacy feel in the bathroom due to this sliding door. Also the bath soaps in the shower did not look clean. Staff did not inform us of parking, there was available parking that we did not know about, so we unfortunately struggled to find parking. Staff did not inform us about a breakfast option.

The staff was very friendly. My room was very spacious and ice cold!! The only thing I didn't try was the food in the hotel but I'll be back in October and will definitely try it out!! If you intend to be in downtown Dallas for the bulk of your stay the location of this hotel is perfect.And the bed was pretty comfortable.Great to pass out on after a good night of drinking! LOL!

The Hotel Shuttle only has a 3mile radius and I think it should be extended to Love Field Airport and it should have longer hours as well. The guy at the desk who checked me in forgot to tell me that you have to request before 10:00 am you want your room cleaned.
