Breakfast was exceptional. Kept fresh, tasty and a good selection.

She was careful, but the check in was a bit laborious. I wasn't sure my pre-reservation was recognized or if there was some problem. the young lady could use just a bit more training. A guest in 143(?) experienced a health issue in the breakfast room and it appeared to be necessary to call the staff into action and they called 911. It took experience and effort on my part to handle the situation, but "nothing" was mentioned and I received no further information concerning the outcome which seemed odd since I had become so involved in taking action in the matter and felt concern for the individual guest.

Breakfast was okay. Never heard of having a corndog with scrambled eggs. They should of had a staff person wipe off the tables in the eating area.

We arrived at about 2:30 p.m. and the person at the front desk said check in was at 3:00 p.m. and we could not check in until that time. We had an appointment at 3:45 p.m. and had to change clothes and get ready. When she saw I was a bit upset she seemed to find us a room. If check out is at 11:00 a.m. I can't believe they would not have a room available before 3:00 p.m. I have stayed at a Hampton Inn many times and never had that problem.

Breakfast buffet had many food items and plentiful seating. Fitness center was available to use after a long drive, even with a late-night check-in. Price was very good for the location. Room was huge, clean, comfortable, and attractive.

Public areas (lobby and hallways) were being remodeled, so the construction was messy, noisy, and inconvenient. Every property needs to undergo construction at some point, and I'm sure the changes will be very attractive when complete. It just would not be fair to let it go unmentioned, as it affected my ratings for Facilities, Cleanliness, and Comfort.

Clean, comfortable, great location & quiet. Breakfast variety was really good each day of my stay. Coffee is always fresh & good tasting, as well. I always enjoy my stays at Hampton Inn & Suites.

Really nothing was wrong or didn't work. I just wish hotels would provide more lighting in the rooms.

It was being renovated so the room was updated. fairly spacious room. Clean! Which is the most important thing to me. Friendly staff. Fair priced.

Wifi appeared to be from the Stone Age. Incredibly slow which made it difficult to get work done. Room was very stuffy and moist unless we had the air set to super cold. Toilet paper felt like 1/2 ply. every morning Housekeeping would come by and knock multiple times throughout the morning, even if we had our do not disturb sign and told them we are still in there. Also opened our door a few times.

Very convenient to the places we needed to go. Clean rooms and great staff.

There was a powerful failure on the morning we had to leave so the elevator was not working. I have a physical problem that made it difficult to get down the stairs. At least we were only on the second floor. The staff tried to be very accommodating so it eventually worked out.

Breakfast was great. Clean room, everything was perfect. No one told us the hotel was going to be under construction. Any ways, was accessable to all around. Beds are a cloud.

The second night front desk lady, got us upset, because we ask about at what time the pool was open, and she said that we weren't allowed to use the pool, because of the construction. Next day we ask the lady of the room service, and she told us we were able to use it

Very impressive room . It had a separate bar sink in the coffee area which was useful. It also a had an easily readable TV guide. Some places don't! The breakfast area was quite large and very nice. The breakfast offerings were very good!

I had to go back to the front desk and ask about the charge because I didn't catch it at the time of check in. My Booking app had the price I was to pay and the front desk charged about $15 more. When I asked about it, the front desk employee said it was for incidentals and if we didn't have any it would be taken off when we check out. It just would have been nice to have been told from the beginning.

Nothing really. I should of stayed home. I was disappointed. Growing up my parents and us kids always stayed at the Hampton Hotel that was my parents choice they felt your hotel was the best hotel money.could buy for a family to stay. Back then you were either a Hampton family or a Holiday Inn family. My family was considered a Hampton family. The staff back then treated us like family like we belonged there. I'm sorry it's changed cuz I really loved the feeling of coming home whenever I checked in at the Hampton Inn. It's just not there anymore and it's sad. I'm sorry I wish I had something better to say this time around but I dont.

The hotel seemed cold . The staff felt like they were there to punch a clock and go home when their day was done.
