SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dallas DFW Airport East Las Colinas Irving

Everything was great about this property, very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing and it was nice to have a shuttle to the airport.

My only complaint is that they started testing fire alarms on the last day I was there and woke me up out of a dead sleep thinking the hotel was on fire. I called the front desk and they were very apologetic and advised that there was a new owner or management company and weren’t informed ahead of time. I’m happened a second time while I was working before I checked out and I called again. When I checked out they were very apologetic and offered me something for free out of their snack area right by the desk. You would normally have to pay for any items there but they gave me a frappacino for free but it’s also nice to have a place to get a snack anytime of the night. They have a bar as well.

We were traveling from NYC to a final destination of Oklahoma and due to a tornado, our flight out of Dallas to Oklahoma was canceled, and there was a 24 hr layover. I found SpringHill online in the middle of night and the amazing staff and hotel made a stressful experience and a very enjoyable one. "Shoe" the night manager was so helpful and kind as she checked us in at 2am. The room was beautiful, spacious and extremely clean. The next day we enjoyed a great complimentary breakfast, and the day manager Greg was also wonderful, he arranged a shuttle ride for us to CVS, then to the airport later that day. They took care of everything. I was even able to get in a good work out at their great equipped gym. I can't say enough how awesome SpringHill is, would highly recommend, wish I could have stayed longer!!

The location was perfect it was right across the street from the family we came to visit. It was clean and smelled good it had everything we needed for our short stay

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very accommodating! Due to COVID they had grab and go breakfast which was a very pleasant surprise. We didn’t think they’d do breakfast at all. Overall stay was great!

Maybe a little bigger parking lot would’ve been better

I love to stay here when I’m traveling for work. All of the staff are very friendly, personable and helpful. The grab bag breakfast is always convenient and good.

I would like to have more choices at their little snack bar. Sometimes it runs low.

The room was beautiful, clean with plenty of room. It was like an apartment..I was very impressed

There was nothing I didn’t like

It was throughly clean. Clean and nice sheets, towels. Cups were individually packed.

If I were to say, I wish I could have seen in the booking.com site that the shuttle runs from 10 am.

It was comfortable, had hot water, good air conditioner.

The rug in the room was not clean. The room had only one trash can.
