front desk staff was very polite and prompt to resolve any issues with kindness and keen hospitality. Breakfast was awesome and cleaning staff was exceptionally nice and polite as well. Keep up the good work

If i had to choose a bad, more of a slight inconvenience i would have to say the construction going on with the highway.

Loved how welcoming it hotel was. The room was big and had all the amenities needed. The bed was very comfortable. Also, they served a free breakfast and it was very delightful. They served more than I expected.

Unfortunately the elevator was broke had to use the stairs... we were on the 3rd floor.

staff very friendly , location is easy to get too ,nice hot fresh breakfast ,rooms are very large, beds are nice and soft with a small fridge and microwave, camera in parking lot with front desk person that does a 24hr walk threw on the property , the swimming pool is small but the water was just right ,and there is a exersice room on site as well with a ice machine on every floor and there is no hwy noise once inside

low water pressure in the sink on the 3rd floor some tile falling off the wall and with the tile floor when wet its slick like ice were if not care full you can eat the floor and last but not least other quest taking up more then one parting spot in the lot and the parking spots in the lot are tight if you have a ext to crew cab if you can part towards the front entrance were you have more room to turn

Location was excellent. Breakfast was good. Room was quiet and Mark at front desk went beyond expectations.

One of the side doors was not locking at all when we came in late at night. I did notify person at front desk pulling night duty. Hope that it has been fixed by now.

The elevator was not working while we were there and since there were 4 of us, ALL over 65, they didn't have a double bedroom on the first floor so we had to take the stairs all weekend. Other than that, it was excellent. Breakfast was very good.

It was quiet. Even though there is street construction going on near by, it was not loud. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is an older hotel and could use a few updates but we had a great stay. Breakfast was good. It's near a lot of restaurants.

Friendly staff and nice hotel for the price. My daughter and I stayed here for a school state competition. Rooms were good but bed was a little hard for our liking. Water was hot and we felt safe.

Rooms were a little out dated.

The rooms were clean. Pool was not over crowded. Overall stay was very pleasant.

We had to wait for breakfast because it would run out to quickly. Not making enough at one time. Had to clean off table to eat.

I have no complaints about the property at all it was clean it was quiet the only thing I could possibly complain about is the latch on the door was broken when I told the little girl downstairs she acted like I had broken it made me pay a deposit which I'd already been here for a week and that's okay cuz I'll get it back I'm just saying that those safety latches make people feel comfortable. Other than that it was perfect

Everything! It was very clean and the hallway carpets did not smell, that is a plus in my book. The breakfast was hot and it was super clean. The serving area was clean and there was no gunk or stickiness in sight. It was a very pleasant experience.

There was nothing not to like! Oh, the rain.
