I loved the location of the hotel being close to almost everything we were there for. The breakfast was kickass! With all the choices offered in food, fruits & drinks! Our room was wonderful! Very nice & comfortable! The clerks were ALL AWESOME! Being able to bring our dog with us was so wonderful & there were many others with their animals too & not once did we hear of any fights between any of them! 😁❤️

I was looking forward to being able to use the pool, but it was quite small & each time we were going to use it, it was always crowded! I also believe it SHOULD BE open 24/7 for adults instead of closing at 11pm. Especially when as an adult when you go out on the town we didn't make it back to the hotel till after midnight each night & daytime hrs the families are using it! The hottub was in use everytime we went downstairs too! So that was a major disappointment since I chose your hotel because it was an indoor closed off pool & we didn't get to enjoy it once in 4 nights & 5 days! 😡

Friendliness of staff. The manager was very responsive and solved my stolen shoes issue.

Ernest advised he would call me back after I reported a pair of new leather shoes were left in my room in a drawer. Ernest said he would ask the maid for my room if she found them. They were not in lost and found. He did not call back so I did. He said he did call me back but voice mail was full, he did not call me. Ernest said the maid did not see any shoes in the drawer or room. I asked to speak to the manager. Manager reviewed video and saw the maid in possession of my shoes upon exiting my room. She did not turn them in to lost & found. I received my shoes the next day.

The staff was very helpful when I needed items and when I had questions. I was impressed with how large the room was and had everything I needed. I was there due to my husband having open heart surgery. I loved the convience from hotel to hospital. I felt safe with the well lit parking lot and it was always litter free. I will use this hotel again if I need one.

I loved that the breakfast options were of great variety and everything was hot. There was a microwave with the breakfast stuff just in case it wasn't hot enough. The room was clean and the shower and bathroom were clean. There is an ironing board and wardrobe. The desk was wide and was great for working in the hotel room. The lobby is great and the workout facility had a good amount of equipment to choose from. I am really big on temperature control and I was able to control the temperature of my room and get it to my desired degree in minutes. If you get hot after 5 minutes, just change the thermostat on the wall and it will cool off very soon. The location is great there was a mall and 4 restaurants and fast-food places just on the other side of the highway. I could not hear any traffic at all even being close to the highway. Check-in is great when you don't have a giant sports group in front of you. The service staff works hard to make sure all guests are taken care of. My sheets and towels were clean and there were no strange orders. I had a great experience. I spent the day out of the hotel room but my partners stayed in the room and just loved how comfortable it was.

I did not like that there was no main light for the room, just all lamps. Early in the morning, it seemed pretty dark in the room but that doesn't bother most hotel guests. Standard lighting I guess.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet and cozy. It was nice to have a hot breakfast. We really enjoyed the spa tub in our room, it was so relaxing after the long drive.

It was further away from the attractions we were visiting but that was no fault of the facility. The tv placement could have been a bit closer to the bed. Some of the light fixtures to use updates or repairs.

Clean hotel. Appreciate when i can smell cleaner when i walk into a hotel room. Very nice and personable staff. Pool open late. Large breakfast assortment. Easy parking.

Bed was lumpy but still comfortable. Chipped paint and door/furniture were all scratched up. Simple maintenance could've been done to make room more updated. Far from Baylor stadium >15mins

Close to medical area had a early appointment. Did a little shopping in Hewitt. Dinner then we used the hot tub to relax.

Just a little cool in the hot tub. I think if you put one sheet of plexiglass in each section to control the air flow. Not have a freezer in fridge need to keep ice pack frozen for the trip home.

The property was clean and close to the hospital I was contracted at. Desk staff was AMAZING and exceptionally helpful when I needed to book an extra day.

I wish the property wasn’t under construction. Didn’t disturb me during my stay, however some of the trucks and materials block parking. Not a huge issue, plus getting in a few extra steps never hurts!

Friendly staff, clean room. The bag of breakfast snacks was fine as always.

When making the reservations I specifically asked for a room on the ground floor. Having a dog who needs walking makes a ground floor room much handier. When we arrived we were given a room on the top floor and told that was all they had. I think had we arrived earlier in the afternoon we'd have gotten what we wanted but they either ignored or forgot the request. This is the first time we didn't get a ground floor room.

i liked the cleanliness of it and the staff was very friendly I left my nephews jacket’s and the were waiting at the front desk when I came back.

the room was kinda hot the air just wasn’t working quite right but otherwise it was great
