Pool was open until 10 pm. Room was clean and comfortable
Desk attendance called our 2 rooms 4 times in less than 5 minutes. There was 1 luggage cart for the entire hotel. We loaded it up and headed upstairs. Rooms were at opposite ends of the hall, despite the request to be close. So we were trying to unload all our stuff, at 2 separate rooms, while taking turns using the restroom after a long drive. I was the only adult with 2 children, so I had to wait for them 2 be ready as well. Maybe a hotel with more than 10 rooms should consider more than 1 luggage cart. And employees should be pleasant to encounter, not irritating

The staff at front counter extremely freindly. My mother left her kindle there under bed covers and they phoned us right away to retrieve. Breakfast very good,

Location. Easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping.
I didn't like that I paid for the property in full on the booking.com and when I got there they charged me an additional $26 upon my arrival and the receptionist couldn't tell me why I was being charged extra. Beds were also uncomfortable.

Front desk staff was very friendly, and the cleaning staff were visible almost all day. Gave me the impression that the hotel was very clean. Pool was open, and I love that.
Breakfast right now is, understandably distanced. So it's a sack breakfast, I miss the days of warm breakfast, but that is not the hotels fault.

Breakfast was disappointing. Other hotels I have stayed at during the "virus" had a better breakfast. (Muffins, coffee, a graham cracker and yogurt.) All in all OK until I could get down the road for a real breakfast.

The extra deposit fee charged that wasn't notified of when getting quotes says takes 5 business days to get free back. That's bull crap.

This hotel was very clean, both public spaces and the room. The bed was also very comfortable. They had grab and go breakfast available but I did not take this.
My only complaint was the steepness of the parking lot entrance.
