All linens, bedding and bathroom, were fresh and clean. The room was very clean and the temperature overnight was perfect. We had to leave before 6am and the front desk clerk was just getting organized. She made sure we had our grab and go breakfast and got us the juice we each wanted.
The mattress and pillows were pretty lumpy. The pillows were very small and lumpy so it took some time to get them to a comfortable point. The mattress had ruts and bumps which pushed you to the middle.

Very Clean! Recently updated rooms. Easy to make an accomodation (first floor room) for a limited-mobility guest. Breakfast choices were limited, but were good choices. Property was very clean as well. Right on the water as well!
Parking was chaos! Parking lot needs lines repainted.

Due to COVID, proper precautions were in place. Checkin was smooth. Nice cable selection. Remote barely worked, but they were helpful in troubleshooting.
For the star-rating, I felt the price was a bit high, especially for the city, but, it was one of the cheapest options. The room had a strange chemical smell, but it may have been cleaners, or trying to cover another odor. It gave me a headache, but I am a bit sensitive to chemical odors. We did not do breakfast due to it being a task to get due to COVID precautions. the bed was comfortable, but clearly not most people's cup of tea, it reminded me of my old bed that wasn't mine before I got rid of it, and was probably around 2 decades at least... Remote barely worked, but they were helpful in troubleshooting.

The location is outstanding, right on the river and in a peaceful location. The staff was friendly.
Nothing per say, but I had difficulties with the in-room coffee machine. No problem though as coffee is offered in the lobby.
