Heritage Inn Hotel

The hotel was very clean, quiet, and they had 24 hr check in.

Although it said non-smoking our room had a slight odor of smoke. Since we were staying only for about 8 hours just to sleep it wasn’t bad. Outside it says no smoking within 25 feet of entrance but 3 people were smoking and sitting on a bench right outside the door as we walked to a coffee shop for breakfast.

The courtesy of the staff was the biggest asset of the hotel. I also appreciated the promptness in plowing the parking lot after the snowfall! Given the age of the facility I thought noise levels were more than tolerable.

There were pieces of the wall and some tile that were missing or damaged. The most disconcerting thing were missing chunks from the front door jamb that exposed raw wood. From a standpoint of security that was not a comforting feeling during my stay.

We booked a room with a whirlpool tub, which was great! The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was a nice tv and a decent sized fridge in the room that was very nice. We only stayed one night but there was plenty of room to stay longer. The wifi worked well, I was able to stream a movie on my tablet.

The property is a little outdated but it looks as though the current owner is working on updating. I saw reviews that mentioned the hotel had an odor, there was a bit of an older odor but it wasn't too bad.

We had to wait a few hours for our ride. The owner allowed us to store our things and even gave us ice water. My mom needed the lower level and they were able to give us a suite for a low upgrade fee.

They replaced the couch since we were last there. It was big enough for someone to sleep on. Thus was not the case and the beds seemed smaller.

The staff was very kind and at a short notice it was the only thing close enough to the location I needed without a crazy price. Easy to find. Let me check in early!! Fridge and microwave. Two sinks.

Chip on my floor when I got in. The shower/bath wasn’t SUPER clean. Not nasty but coulda been better.

I was given a second floor room initially. I asked if there were any ground floor rooms available when I checked in. The person at the desk checked availability of ground floor rooms while I inspected my original room and found a room for me. I thought he went above and beyond finding a room more suitable for me.

There was nothing deficient about the room I had for the evening.

This is the best deal in Watertown. The service is great. The room is clean and all the details are here. Microwave, Refrigerator, Coffee maker + more. It's listed as a 1 star or 2 star place but it's not. It's a 3 or even 4. Lots of new improvements in the room.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Second time there and even happier than the first. Great location to walk to downtown. Comfy beds. Tired? Best pizza ever delivered from across the street. We will be back.

The staff were very nice and accommodating and everything was very clean. Great proximity to the wedding venue we were heading to as well as a great breakfast spot (Main Street Cafe) within walking distance.

The beds weren’t very comfortable and were kind of squeaky. They weren’t the worst beds we’ve ever experienced but not close to the best either.

This is a family owned business in a location that was very convenient to our travel plans. The staff were available and friendly at all hours, and check in/check out was easy. The room was clean and prepared for our stay, despite us arriving early.
