Babylon Premium Hotel, lead by a committed workforce, is a wonderful establishment in the bustling old quarter of Hanoi. I had the pleasure of staying here during my birthday and the events that followed after I arrived would absolutely motivate me to stay here again. After a day of sightseeing, I returned to my room to be greeted with birthday decorations, a birthday cake and 3 key members of staff (including the manager) wishing me a happy birthday. Additionally, the next day, a family was celebrating their daughters birthday during breakfast and the hotel made a similar effort by giving her a birthday cake too. Such actions really do show that the hotel staff care about their guests and will happily go out of their way to make their holiday memorable. Thank you so much!

The location is very good . staff is helpful . A clean and comfortable place to stay . Lots of restaurants in the vicinity that serve authentic Vietnamese dishes .

This Hotel charges 2 % over and above the stated price on the portal ! This amounts to levying a hidden charge . This needs to be reflected clearly on .com portal . No other vendor or Hotel throughout Vietnam does this .

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate any needs I had. They were able to quickly arrange for laundry to be done and had it back, ironed, and folded in only a few hours. They provided great material about nearby attractions, stores, and restaurants, and were able to quickly arrange tour requests. The spa services were great as well and a good value. The daily breakfast had tons of options including a small menu to order off of aside from the buffet. Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel location was excellent, right in the heart of the Old Quarter. I would stay here again.

I've stayed in dozens of hotels in Southeast Asia, but Babylon Premium was the only hotel where every single staff member was friendly, courteous, and exceedingly helpful - from the reception staff to the doorman to the kitchen staff; everyone went out of their way to make sure everything was okay. Bonus - they provided me with a 'tip sheet' with local tips to avoid scams; as well as a list of local restaurants within a stone's throw of the hotel. I visited six of their recommendations, and all were superb and exceedingly affordable; and none were tourist traps!

A vey nice good hotel in the old quater of Hanoi , I had a very nice spacious room with beautiful balcony, suoer clean, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was great with plenty of choice and all super fresh but what was for me the most special about this hotel: the staff, all super kind , helpfull and friendly but the star for me was Kate. She made the difference between good and outstanding personal care. She helped me out with a personal issue, was always checking with me if everything was good, finding me the best places to eat and shop. You made my stay special Kate, thank you.

Loved the location, the quietness of the hotel at night and, most of all, how accommodating and friendly the staff are, especially Mimi and Bich.

Air conditioners in the room could be a bit cooler. Otherwise the rooms are great and a perfect size.

Breakfast was very nice. But best of all was the warmth and personal attention by everyone of the staff. Made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. Did not find any language barrier. While they may not be super fluent in English, it was absolutely workable and their ready smile and bubbling laughter made both of us feel 20 years younger.

Cannot fault them anywhere. Just that the property does not have any view worth speaking of. But that is amply compensated by its strategically central location.

The staff went out of their way to help us, arrange transport, any request we had was promptly dealt with. Even helped with setting up Sim cards for our phones, thanks Mary D. Amazing staff, so friendly, professional and respectful. Location in Old Quarter was convenient to most places, the best pho 3 doors away. Value for money, accommodation clean and comfortable. Breakfast each morning was delicious and lots of choices including additional menu items that you could have prepared, the mango pancakes were our favourite! We also recommend the Vietnamese spa and foot massages, great beauty services, lovely staff and great value! Thank you for such a wonderful time!

The room I got had a small window that overlook the emergency staircase. Other than that, everything was great.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the centre of Old Hanoi. The hotel has been renovated to a high standard retaining charm and character. All the facilities worked impeccably. The staff were all extremely helpful, charming and welcoming, especially Mary and Kate at the reception, the bellboy, the lady incharged of breakfast and Tony at the tour desk. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. Menu items could be ordered at no extra charge. The dining room was available all day after breakfast for guests to relax, rest or eat their own food. The hotel organised professional, high quality excursions.
