Ciêla, Lusaka, Tribute Portfolio Resort and Spa

I did not have breakfast, because I was waiting for the receptionists st to coordinate with the Maintenance dept. To supply hot water to my room, it never happened. All I got was a a card from the Rooms Division Manager saying next time you come, ask for me. I live in England and come once a year. That was the only disappointing thing. Botanical was brilliant and the spa fantastic.

They could have changed me to another room to have a shower. First room I got the card key wasn’t working, then the second room no hot water.

It's so nice to have this wonderful resort in Lusaka. It's a great effort and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice; great fruit options, an omelet station, and min french press coffee. I loved the huge pool and that it is one of the few hotel pools where you can actually swim laps.

The main dining room didn't have the full menu available (because it's still new?) so the food options were fairly limited though the food was very good.

Beautiful place with a great ambience and natural surroundings. Quality rooms. Very welcoming & helpful Staff during breakfast, especially the very tall man.

In our room, the sliding door leading to the bathroom, even when closed there are gaps which allow you to see into the bathroom from the sides of the door.

Friendly staff, good service and excellent location

Sliding toilet doors not closing properly hence no privacy when bathing while using the toilet. The sides don't cover properly.

Loved the fact that the staff are friendly even to fellow Zambians which is not the case in other hotels, they did not treat or judge us according to race, loved the environment it was beautiful. The food was superb.

Expected to find things like toothpaste, little comb, shampoo, bed slippers which are necessities and should be provided by such a hotel.

Asked online for a room with a view but was put looking into the one building but when I asked to be moved I ended up with the ultimate golf course view! Thank you.

The food was amazing and scenery so breath taking . The breweries is a must visit. Good customer service, food served in the quickest of time. Private and refreshing environment. Loved every second of it

The bathroom...overhead shower needs fixing, bathroom door was off the rail, impossible to close hence privacy wasn't enjoyed

Currently the best outskirt resort in Lusaka. Resort is spacious with a variety of great facilities within the same vicinity👌🏼 Rooms are in an immaculate condition and very spacious. Meals were also sumptuous and always OnPoint 👌🏼 I also got the best Spa services and got to have my kids sample the Kids Play Area services. I also found all the staff to be very friendly and welcoming 🙏🏼 Certainly my preferred local destination for a staycation 🙏🏼

We loved everything about the resort including the spa, swimming pool area and the gym. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Very quiet and peaceful place to relax and bond with family and friends.
