Our idea was to start a moving hostel. We charged a flat rate every day which included gas, meals, and sleeping. We removed three rows of seats in the back, had some metal welded together, threw some plywood and foam on top of the metal skeleton, and called it a bed. We figured everything out one day at a time, especially when we started moving.
