Travel for vacation with family and friends from Australia. Staff were fantastic, very helpful with any requests, and happy to assist with our little amount of Spanish we spoke. Apartment was roomy and comfortable. We had a minor water leakage issue which was resolved very quickly and we were moved to another room to allow the issue to be resolved. Foyer/ reception was approachable and welcoming and it was good to see there was remote security every night. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Cleaners were evident at various times in public spaces which highlighted this. Apartment was exceptional value for money given size, reasonably sized kitchenette etc. Location is fantastic, within easy walk of supermarket and Obelisk, and was a great central base for exploring both ends of this intriguing city centre avenue. We stayed for 6 nights and could easily have stayed longer as there was so much to see! Highly recommend.

There was nothing we didn't like. This was one of our top stays of our 6 week South American holiday.

The room was very spacious, very well furnished, and extremely comfortable. The location of the hotel is superb, near many sights in Buenos Aires, and despite being in a very crowded avenue, the room was not noisy at all. Breakfast is delivered to your room for an extra cost; it has quite a variety of options, and the staff who serve breakfast are all very polite. Staff at the front desk are also very nice and helpful.

The cleaning kit for the dishes (soap, sponge) needs to be requested in the front desk instead of having it in the room by default, which can be a very minor nuisance if you forget to ask in advance. Also, cable TV has few channels.

Great location, nice room for a party of 4, nice sitting area and everything you need for a family

We asked in advanced to check in early and our request was not accepted, later when we arrived and wanted to finally check in they wouldn't let us have the room before we pay (my partner went to exchange money, I told them it will not take longer than 10-15 minutes), they had my credit card details and would have charged us if we wouldnt arrive, so why make us wait so long after a 22 hours flight + a few hours waiting for the check in time.

I really liked the staff (they are so kind, polite and helpful). The hotel has great location and loads of potential in the future.

The place needs more attention to details, renovatio, and style coordination. The room needs of bigger fridge and more kitchen items! The air-conditioning needs some cleaning from outside. When you walk in the bathroom it has some smell, which we couldn't find where it is coming from.

Given such a large & spacious unit, the bathroom was very small. The floor of the shower area was also slanted in a way that water did not naturally drain; it was a nuisance to clear it with your feet after a shower. Also, it felt like the A-C was not strong enough! Good thing we were able to open the balcony door for ventilation.

Beautiful, very modern room for a very convenient price. The facilities were very comfortable, the bed in particular. Location of the hotel is great - very centric and well connected. Even though the hotel looks out into very busy 9 de Julio Avenue, the room is not noisy at all. Staff is very friendly, and they're available 24/7 for any questions. Breakfast is also very varied and abundant.

Only thing I would change is the cable TV - too few channel options. The rest was superb!

The hotel is definitely located in an excellent location. My room had a tiny balcony overlooking Av.9 de julio which was fun to watch the cars and a few demonstrations that passed by. The bathroom was much smaller than expected, but not surprised.

Overpriced given the small bathroom, lack of amenities and lack of having card keys for the room. What do you do if you forget your phone in your room?

Good location. The breakfast was good, speacially the medialunas, that were better that the ones we bought in the bakeries. We didn't have travel adapters the first night and the staff lend us one. We paid for the room with a view. I really recommed it. You have a really great view to the main street and Obelisco behind.

The room was small for 4 people. We had to ask for another bed because when we arrived we only had 1 sofa and 1 bed. Whenever we ask for something, like ice, toilette paper, we had to asked it twice because the first time nobody came. When we ask for directions or tips of the city to the recepcionist, they could't help us, even though we spoke the same language.

Room and Location. Also services were outstanding: each request / question was immediately solved/answered, even using whatsapp no matter time. Really good

Maybe the fact of not having room cleaning service included and even being confortable you can notice some "old" status in painting and bathroom.

We had 2 rooms, one had a beautiful view of Avenida 9 de Julio. You could see the Obelisk from the balcony. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage! You can message through Whatsup with the front desk. Very convenient!

You’re expected to pay in full at check in, so you’re not able to split your bill if the other half of your party is not there yet.
