Well layed out suite with amenities galore and you weren't crammed together getting in other persons way. Staff were happy to help out and full of information for the in-coming traveller.

Elevator/lift ... we arrived about 7.30pm and checked in and didn't realise that there was a safety system in place that you needed to swipe room key card then choose your floor to make it operate ... guess it's to stop public from just walking in and going where they liked if not a guest. I have stayed in variety of accomodation and this is the first time I encountered this - it's not a fault on Quest, just a new safety thing.

Good apartment hotel, stovetop ok, although with frying pan and kettle a little bit too small to fit both. Excellent selection of kitchen utensils, multiple knives, both small and big wine glasses, boxes to keep food in fridge, etc. Room and bathroom spacious. Also free public street parking possible. Woolworths supermarket just 800m away. Just visit cellar doors of local Riverina wineries and Woolworths for perfect self-catering

Ouir room was in railway side, The horn from trains was very loud during the night

I am travelling from Newcastle with 3 kids one of which is only 10 weeks old. We have alot of luggage too so I really appreciated everything being on one floor as well as the elevators. Once in the room after our long trip, I was able to do all our washing from the previous and current days. The kitchenette was awesome Eateries and restaurants are just across the road which I thought was very convenient. The young lady who greeted us was so friendly and we were able to speak with the manager, who was more than happy to help with any enquiries if needed. Overall great stay we will be coming back!

We arrived late and that wasn't a problem for them, they knew we drove a lengthy period of time cross country from Adelaide, the nice bloke at the front desk signed us in quickly and directed us to our rooms. We were right at the city but not quite in the city so it was perfect location as we got quiet but also could walk across the road to the hustle and bustle of the main street strip in the city. The beds comfortable and very clean, cleaners came in everyday, they had a washer and dryer so very impressed about that. We ended up booking an extra night as we wanted to stay extra night. Would highly recommend this place to anyone stopping through there.

The only thing i was wanting that wasn't provided enough of was washing powder sachets. most other apartment hotels i go to have at least stocked ones on hand. I have kids so needed to wash as i went along. But if you don't need to wash this is the perfect hotel for you.

The room was beautiful and modern, there was enough space to not feel on top of each other. Loved the fact there was more than one TV so that as a family we could watch what we wanted without bothering the others. Bathroom, kitchen and main living areas were all lovely, modern and clean. The staff were exceptional, especially when I left my clothes behind accidentally. They were able to work with me to get my clothes back to me! So grateful! Over all and really outstanding experience.

We loved the beds but our only complaint was that the pillows were really hard! It would be nice if there were two different types of pillows - firm and soft so that for people like us who prefer a soft pillow that would be available. Apart from that - amazing rooms! Also, something to explain how to use the air con would be great. We didn't realise that you had to activate the air con in the main living area to get the other rooms to work as well.

Very comfortable and spacious accommodation of a very high standard. Location is very central and easy to get to. The two bedroom apartment worked very well for this couple travelling with an elderly father. Having one bedroom with ensuite and also a separate bathroom was ideal.

The streaming arrangement with the TV was very awkward. Connecting to the hotel wifi was fine but there wasn't enough bandwidth to actually stream anything: 30 seconds of the show and then freezing for another 30 seconds is completely unworkable. It seems like a great idea but the only thing that actually worked properly was the free to air tv. The only tv remote provided was the customised one so there was no option to connect directly to the HDMI to stream.

We thought the location was excellent as it was close to the shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again as we liked everything about the Quest and would definitely promote it to family and friends.

Nothing. Everything was exceptional about the place. We did then stay at Quest Wagga Wagga and had all the stations for Foxtel which came in handy as everything was closed over Easter and as it was raining heavily, we were able to watch the football and some great movies. The Quest at Griffith might think of getting Foxtel for its patrons.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Also very new. Location was good. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were great for 2 couples.

On arrival the staff member did her job but wasn't very friendly or helpful. On the day we left Reception was locked up until 10am. We were not advised of this. Didn't like that we had to pay extra for parking in a country town.

The 2 bedrooms room was great, clean, bright, modern, nice view. The facility in general was great.

The only issue that we had was that the hotel checked in another couple in our room and they had access to our room while we were in there. We went to the reception and it was solved quickly but it's a mistake that could've been dangerous for us. Apart from the incident, everything was great.

Location, location, location! Spotlessly clean, excellent service, attractive decor.

Mattress was too firm. We stay in lots of accommodations and this mattress was the worst. The staff provided a topper after our first night which made it comfortable. The sofa is as hard as a rock. Although it’s upholstered it’s not padded. The previous one, pre the latest fitout was fine. We ended up relaxing on the bed & not using it which defeated the purpose of having a 1 br apartment.
