Ibis Budget - Casula Liverpool

My room was comfortable, it is a budget motel and I thought that it was value for money and the location was ideal for my stay. I normally stay at the Best Western down the road, however for the price and ease to get off the M5 when returning to the motel is enough for me to stay here next trip. The lady on the front desk was awesome, nothing was to much trouble for her, she answered questions, told me about the communal area and the best way to exit the motel. Just small stuff, but leaves a lasting impression.

The down side was the house keeping, room not serviced during my stay, not that I need my bed made, but topping up the coffee and a bathroom clean was lacking, especially as I told reception that there was no toilet brush and was assured that the cleaners would take care of the toilet when they serviced the room. Unfortunately, my room wasn't touched.

The friendliness of the all staff is amazing. From housekeeping, frontdesk, manager, all are very naturally service oriented and do good effort to make the stay as good as possible. If things don't go as planned, the fix to best of abilities and circumstances. Highly praised¡

Quality of air-conditioning (known problem) and they're in the process of improving. The mini fridge sometimes is too enthusiastic resulting in frozen "sparkling" soft drinks (could not find thermostat)

Location was central on main road,but no traffic noise.Bed was very comfortable. Block out blind for great sleep. Very clean.

Only 1 coat-hanger. No armchair, there was a plastic chair out door type,but not comfortable, no table . Hot water took a very long time to come through, but once it did was hot. Stayed 2 nights and only 4 milk portions enough for 1 day. Additional nights should provide additional supplies if room isn't getting serviced. No spare blanket or pillow as no wardrobe.

Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Staff were very helpful and our requests were met. Location and price were excellent. So many eateries close by and Westfield 5 minute drive. Hassle free parking even with a full hotel. Towels were soft and clean. Rooms were noise proof from other guests, wifi was excellent. Overall was a more than pleasant stay:)

Can't really complain except maybe one small bar of soap for 2 nights with the number of guests wasn't enough. The window wasn't shutting, had to stack our own items against window sill and blind to prevent it from opening.

the room was clean and bed was made. when i requested for an thing it was brought to me promptly. The bed was confutable however the bunk bed on top made it a little difficult getting in and out of bed.

NO bunk bed on top. when we booked we did not realise how hard it would be getting in and out of bed. also if you want to do other thing in bed was a little difficult also.

The receptionist was very friendly and chatty at sign in. She rang in advance to check our arrival time and let me know that if we were running late to give her a call back and she'd give me a code to the lock box to get our room key out. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Bathroom could do with a deep clean, shower curtain had mould on it and the bathroom vent needed a clean out. Only 1 chair for a 3 bed room.

The location was perfect for us , with easy access off the highway and plenty of parking spots. The room was clean and tidy, our bed was super comfortable, the shower pressure was good and the air con worked perfectly.The whole complex was quiet - and we weren’t woken up by cleaning staff trying to clean our room ( an issue we’ve faced countless times over the years ). Our rate for the night was very reasonable and we stayed on a public holiday. We’ll definitely be booking again as we were away on business.

There wasn’t enough coffee/sugar or milk in our room or a teaspoon to stir with . As we didn’t have enough provided for two of us to enjoy a cup each in the morning- I had to buy one after 07:00 am in the dining area . An extra pillow or two also would have been welcomed . The reception closes between 10:00-12:00 so you are unable to check in early.

Excellent shower head. Close to good fast food restaurants. Casula Fruit Market is a short walk away - great Asian and European food and vegetables. Asked for ground floor room and was given one

Noisy during the night - on a busy main road. Very small TV screen. The bunk bed over the main bed was too low - bumped heads a few times.

Accommodation was affordable and service was friendly and helpful. Obviously not a 5 star motel - but you aren’t paying those prices. It was clean, comfortable and safe. Staff were always ready to help.

Only thing I would have really changed was to add a lift as taking bags up and down stairs sucks.

My room was comfy and very quiet. Basic triple bed setup bunk on top. Nice shower.TV on wall opposite bed nil complaints as was a few nights. Kitchen setup microwave at reception. Small fridge and kettle in room.Shops a few minutes away by car or Pizza and Maccas nearby walking distance.
