Would not change a thing!

Super clean, great location which was quiet and away from the main road, amazing hot water and little fridge, toaster and kettle with a sink and washing up supplies so we could make ourselves at home. The staff were great. will definitely be back!

The mattress was very firm but that is just a personal preference thing. I would have liked more blankets on the bed to feel more cosy in the wintery location, but the air conditioning was great and warmed the room well.

Everything was wonderful

Staff were excellent. We were travelling and I received a call, as we were arriving late, and was told where the key would be. Later I locked the key in the room and rang the manager and the issue was resolved very quickly. As it turned out I had the key in my back pocket anyway! 🤪 (I was tired after driving all day!)

Everything was fine and it met our needs for an overnight stay before getting on the road again. If I'm being picky then the internet speed was painfully slow and that impacted on the Video on Demand feature that the motel offered.

I liked the fact that it was just because it was a pet friendly room it wasn't the substandard as is often the case. Also grassed area straight outside the back for pups. Excellent place.

Booking.com making it very very very difficult to get a refund on the nights that I had to cancel.

Had to be in Parkes as my daughter was starting a new job. The staff were friendly, gave us an upgrade to a larger room which suited us as we were there for a few days. Our room was off the highway, so nice and quiet. Daily room servicing which provided clean towels which was a bonus. There is a pool, which we didn't use. Laundry facilities were free. Plenty of parking. Would definately stay again when needing to be in Parkes.

The room was spacious and the bathroom had plenty of room on the bench to put toiletries. Heating in the main area was very adequate.

There was a dirty glass that hat had been used by a previous guest! It had not been washed properly around the rim. The shower was over the bathtub which was fine but the bath was raised in the centre so you were not standing on a flat surface. Our room was right next to a major road that was used by trucks and the noise was very loud, there did not seem to be enough noise insulation. No heating in the bathroom which was disappointing

That staff moved me to a quieter room…actually the one I thought I had booked originally quickly, bed comfortable.

That I could hear the people in the adjoining room very clearly through the night. The shower rose was blocked and sprayed everywhere, mentioned at reception on departure and it was to be replaced straight away.

Location was great, not in the main strip which was great. Friendliest and helpful staff we have ever come across :-) and the hot water is the best i've experienced. Loved the grassed area at the back for the doggo. Didnt have time to try the spa bath which looked so inviting.

NOTHING ! There is nothing to complain about. Not enough time !! (to use the spa bath as we travelled for almost 7 hours).

Great location, only a few minutes from the town centre, and a 2 min walk to a big open park. The complex is located on the main highway, but we didnt hear any traffic noise at all. The rooms were really spacious, with all the modern touches, and the bed was super comfy. The pool area is located centrally to all rooms, and has a large shadecloth, which makes for a lovely place to relax and cool off on a hot afternoon. Being able to park directly outside our room was very convenient too !!

Unfortunately the restaurant and bar were closed when we visited, which was dissapointing, but only a minor inconvenience as there were many places to eat in town, or which would deliver to your room.
