Wonderful spacious well equipped apartment with individual parking below the building. Excellent kitchen facilities, lovely air con unit in each room. Great pool and bbq facilities, lovely people on reception. Our unit had 2 bathrooms which was lovely Also great to have free laundry facilities downstairs from our apartment and a clothesline to hang things out to dry

The shower pressure was a bit dodgy and the taps in the shower were a bit leaky which was annoying, also we had stones thrown through the window by locals in the middle of the night which was a little scary to come home to as there was glass all through the bedroom and beds (lucky we were not there at the time)

I love the roomy well equipped one bedroom apartment. The Smart TV is certainly a plus. The bed is excellent and very comfortable.

For an otherwise excellent and well equipped apartment, the rain shower is the main set back as it is impossible to control the water temperature. I would have given this apartment a top 10 rating all round if not for this issue. A relatively lesser issue is the difficulty of opening the downstairs door lock, These two issues need to be addressed to make it a perfect choice.

Spacious two bedroom with sufficient kitchen supplies. Comfortable beds. Good bathroom water pressure. Washing machine and detergent right below unit. Onsite parking. Locked gate. Balcony.

Unit had not been vacuumed. There was a sock on the carpet (nearly the same colour so not noticeable at a glance, but a vacuum couldn't have missed it.) There was a pair of scissors and a pen under the furniture and a power adaptor in the couch.

There was ample space for the two of us and we were lucky enough to be upgraded from the one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped from cookware to glassware and everything in between. The apartment was very clean and the bathroom of a good size.

The couch seat cushions, although they looked quite good, were quite thin and in need of replacement. The complex is at the edge of town so it's about a half hour walk into the centre of town.

Reasonably priced, fully self contained studio accommodation. Clean, neat & tiday. No charge for washing machine, but dryer required coins. Bed comfortable and AC worked well. Facilities looked good but I didn't use them.

My studio (111) was next to the undercover parking for it and the apartment above. This was a bit noisy - one of the other guests had a car that beeped when in reverse and was clearly audible in my room. There was no hairdryer in my room. I asked reception for one and she said housekeeping would bring to me - 48 hours later when I checked out I still didn't have the promised hairdryer. Reception closes for lunch but this is not mentioned anywhere on the website. So if you arrive during the lunch break you just have to wait. Receptionist is the only employee I engaged with . She was generally disinterested.

Good location, easy check-in, quiet surroundings, secure, private outdoor area, air conditioning - kept us warm at a very chilly time of year, friendly and helpful reception with easily arranged late checkout.

The bed was a little hard for my liking but I got used to it! Included supplies,such as soap, were limited. No information in the apartment relating to local dining options etc.

The helpfulness of the crew was extraordinary. The 2 storey building has upper a large terrace, but the ground level has a beautiful little garden ! Kitchen: perfectry equipped. Each unit has its washing machine. Parking: at your door. Moreover there is a little pool in the middle of garden. If you arrive late in the evening, a code- key and a very detailed map welcomes you, so you can take your room very easy.

If you have a noisy neighbour above you - it's disturbing.

Central location,easy to find. Undercover secure parking, Exceptional staff, we had a small fault in our room and it was fixed immediately and they even compensated us , the apartment was beautifully set out , well maintained and had everything you could need, Including a washing machine. Absolutely 5 stars.

Nothing we didnt like

I traveled with a pet. The place was little back yard for my god to play. The backyard was secured & fenced around. Quite enough to rest. Not far away to the town. Have walking track. Allg good except the staff attitude.

I rang them to confirm their pet charge $20. It was a bit bad signal. They young lady hung up on me and did not answer the phone short after I rang her again. Then When I arrived to check in at the reception and told what happened. It was her and never apologies or explained what it was.

We very much liked the room,because the parking was secure & convenient & the facilities were excellent ,with the washing machine and dryer immediately adjacent to our room , with a private clothes line available in a secure area. The room was spacious and well appointed . The location and service was excellent, with friendly and efficient staff. The grounds looked well kept , unlike the grounds at Yulara.

Unfortunately, the bed was only a double and tended to slope towards the centre ,which suggested much use .
