Location location location. 2 minute walk from Central Station, 3 minutes to main area of the city. Very close to South Bank, and easily walkable to the gardens, Storey Bridge, China Town, Fortitude Valley and night life. The room facilities were very good, and beds comfortable. Washing machine facilities in our apartment made our stay very easy, 2 bathrooms was fantastic. 24 hour corner store right across the road, and decent little convenience store at the base of the building.
The apartment was by no means "hotel" clean. Glass and mirrors smeared, cutlery drawer need a big wipe out, we purchased a bottle of bleach to clean the cups which were very badly stained. The room service staff don't have an eye for detail. That eye for detail can make a world of difference

Location was good, not far to the train station, a little walk to the middle of Brisbane and near to parks.
The bathroom could do with a deep clean. Although the sink and toilet appeared clean there was a lot of built up dirt around the edges of the bathroom and along the shower edges. Usually you would expect a property to be stocked with a small amount of consumables however there was no extra toilet paper and the office was only open briefly at random times so we had to purchase more before we caught the receptionist the next day.

Location was tops, in the vicinity of walking distance to Brisbane city, easy access to all the needs. Check_in at around 10am well outside the normal check-in time at 1400hrs. Spacious room, self cooking.
Immediately after booking under the non-refunable category, recieved a message that the swimming pool was closed, under maintenance, just to learn that maintenance may commenced around June 22. Minor electrical issues included lightnings and fan but rectified within 45 minutes. Discovered the carpet in our of rooms was wet and reported the matter. Hopefully, it has been fixed. The dryer may have electrical issues as well... Two single beds joined to be the queen bed...Room 87

Property parking was great. Easy to access to key. Extra pillow left as requested. Propert was clean with everything required for kitchen.
Property was advertised as disabled friendly. I called beforehand to confirm that it was wheelchair accessible. Property was accessible to enter the unit. Unfortunately the walk in shower had a lip so it wasn’t accessible. The bed had to be moved to get enough room to get client around side of the bed. Depending on the specific client’s disability this made it difficult. That is not to say that the unit would not be accessible to a person with different type of disability with more mobility. The aircon in the main living area did very poor job. It took 4 hrs to cool down the unit. The 2nd bedroom also didn’t have aircon unit only fan. I do believe that if the lounge aircon was functioning correctly then this bedroom would have cooled down fine.

the check in process. reception closes at 3pm, which made it tricky for us as we were driving from interstate & reached our trip to make it on time. there’s also no dedicated place to temporarily park while checking in. we were told to park in a loading zone (& risk a ticket). they took a bond to cover any possible damages but the room already had holes in carpet & walls. they obviously haven’t done repairs - not great.

Lovely accommodation. The rooms were clean and well presented. Fantastic location to the city. Located near to the train station, was an added bonus. Would definitely stay again.
Unable to contact reception as it was closed due to COVID. When I rang the after hours number on the Sunday regarding extending my stay, I was told no one was available out of hours to authorize this. Pool wasn't open due to remodeling, we weren't advised of this when we booked. Booked a room with a view, we were on the 4th floor. Due to the hills of Brisbane this did allow us some view.

The location was great, the room was very spacious. great balcony. Loved the fact it had a smart tv so we were able to sign into our Netflix it also had stan. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking stuff ie. Frypans pots, utensil etc...
To get to the carpark was a bit confusing, we had to go round the corner up a couple of streets through a busy intersection the down another street then into whats like a big lane way. The shower head was broken, we had to hold it and also the water was coming out the sides of the shower head so the pressure wasn't great. The bed was extremely hard.

Very close to the medical facilities that I was required to visit. Apartment was very clean and quiet.
Check in process - we had already pre checked in, advised our estimated time of arrival (2pm) but still received a call around 12 reminding us that we needed to check in before 3pm. We were waiting for admission to surgery and found the phone call intrusive and unnecessary.

We chose Quest apartments as needed to be close to the eye hospital and we were not disappointed. Location is excellent as able to walk to almost everywhere in Brisbane city and can also catch a free loop bus if you would rather not walk home uphill. Roma Street parklands closeby to enjoy green space and lovely gardens. Numerous eateries ranging from fresh bakery items to coffee shops and restaurants so plenty of options. Highly recommend Petite Treats at 101 Wickham Street. Parking was good for larger cars but check your google maps before arriving at your destination as Flynn Lane is a one way street. Balcony had a large table and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals. Beds comfortable. A great place to stay for a short or a longer city break.
The TV reception was a tad scratchy at times but otherwise nothing to complain about.

Location was great, layout of suite was perfect for us and surprisingly spacious. Great kitchen and living area. Spent a lot of time on the balcony. Very quiet with the doors closed. We really enjoyed our stay.
No pool, spa or gym. Apparently been under construction for a long time. Balcony needs a bit of a scrub to get it cleaned up properly Some doors and windows didn't open. Overall it's a great place and we'd happily stay there again
