The room was lovely and large, with a separate kitchen and living space. Immaculately clean with a high level of attention to detail. Sleeping space was away from the front of the building so very quiet. Early check in was accommodated and reception staff were really helpful.

For me, the bathroom didn't work (although it had a spa bath which I'm sure some guests would love). The layout was a little unusual as a walk through between the living and sleeping spaces and there was no real bench so I needed to put my things on the floor to do hair and makeup. No acoustic privacy between the toilet and the bedroom which was OK as I was travelling alone but would have been problematic if I had my husband with me.

This is a family run Boutique Hotel and the owners who also staff the Cock and Bull are wonderful people. They made us feel right at home. Location is also great as it's only a minute walk to the Echuca Port area. Great pool and Bar with guest seating looking out over the river. Recently renovated and modernised but with quality touches of the old to match the age of the main building. Highly recommended!

Loved the location , the spacious living areas and deck overlooking a river. Host was very friendly and responsive and made recommendations about pout s if interest which we followed up on and we’re delighted with particularly Holden museum next door.

When we had a spa bath and also when we washed our dishes the water had a strong chlorinated smell. We also had noisy inconsiderate guests next door on our first night.

Julie and Russell were wonderful hosts nothing was too much trouble. Ideally located for all the attractions and an easy walk into town. The bar has just been reopened and we had a drink and tapas sat in the garden area. The pool is a great bonus when returning after a day out to cool down.

The central location to everything we needed. Parked the car there and walked everywhere we wanted to go. Staff were super friendly. Apartment was spotless. Bed was a little too soft, but not complaining. Band was playing at nearby pub we could hear it outside, but once inside didn't hear a thing.

The top step to the first level was a little tricky coming down from our apartment.

So clean and well presented. Gorgeous furnishings. Two bedroom apartment was so well presented with everything one would need in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Views on balcony beautiful also. Highly recommend

The location was excellent, so close to everything. Was on the main road but still very quiet. Because we were on the street we had to be aware of people looking in, so we maintained privacy with the first blind down when there was foot traffic.

Great location. The new owners are in the middle of upgrading the property so it is difficult to judge how it will be in the future. It has real potential given its history and location.

The location was brilliant, walking distance to everything and the walking track along the river next to it was fantastic.

The bed was too soft for both my husband and myself. Would suggest trying to get a separate toilet as that being completely open was a little uncomfortable, especially for someone who has a bowel disease. Also, may a small coffee or side table
