Alzburg Resort

The bed was super comfortable and there was good storage for clothes etc. The kitchen was small and compact but had everything that you could want.

Our room was at the rear of the property and the cleaners were making noise from early, and we had a constant flow of foot traffic past our room. The room was a bit stuffy, and I found it necessary to have the door open when we were in the room to have good airflow. I would also have liked to be able to open the shutters on the top windows, as this made the room very dark.

Comfortable, but older style, room with all mod cons including 2 king size beds, spa bath, TV in each bedroom, lounge & even in the bathroom!! Heated outdoor pool, tennis court & games room.

Shower was over the spa bath & too difficult to get into with limited mobility! Bed was very hard. Room was right next to pool so loud noise from early morning till 9pm at night. Parking is quite a distance away from rooms, so it means transporting luggage in carts across the large carpark & around the swimming pool area to rooms

The staff were amazing to deal with, the room sizes were fantastic, complete with their own washer/dryer combo, a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cook top and all utensils clean and ready to be used. Foxtell on the smart tvs and a quality air conditioner! Then as you move outside there is a large range of well maintained entertainment options for kids and adults, large sized pool and tennis courts to name a few! Brilliant spot close to town, everything you need in the one spot!! Would stay again !!

Loved the hospitality. We were given a complimentary bottle of wine as the staff knew we were coming to stay for our marriage anniversary celebrations. The staff was very responsive and quick all the time. The pool, play area, tennis ground are good. The room was huge with a lot of amenities like dishwasher, microwave, toaster, crockery, washing machine, phone, TV, a thin pillow (which I loved), a small dining table, etc. The room and bathroom were recently furbished and looked pretty. Walkable from the main street.

A bit of mould in the bathroom which is an easy fix. Even after closing the plantation shutters, there was a bit of light in the room, so good to carry an eye mask.

Very comfortable and clean accommodation with additional facilities such as sauna, swimming pool, ski hire and evening entertainment. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were immaculate.

As we were at Mount Bulller each day, we didn't need all the extra facilities - this says more about our choice than any criticism of the hotel. We should have probably looked for simpler/ budget accommodation for our needs. However, the hotel is very suitable for a family who needs to entertain kids and who need to hire ski/ snow equipment.

Clean and spacious. You could see that the owners have taken pains to provide comfort and nice features for guests e.g. hot tub, warming lights, crisp sheets etc. The room we had also included kitchenette etc. and there were some nice facilities although we didn't have the time. (tennis courts, spa). Well located, we could walk to the Main Street, and it is accessible in many other respects.

The decor was very basic, as well as the colouring etc. No pizzaz.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was so clean and beautifully presented, the ammenities in room were ones I had never seen added to a room before. I could not stop looking around to see what was on offer. I did not want to leave my room for dinner as the room was too beautiful and wonderfully configured. I was so impressed with the presentation, cleanliness and difference in a property.

If anything possibly I would of liked it closer to town and signage for where the rooms are located.

I just stayed in a studio for a quick overnighter when passing through. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room had a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave etc and the main street is an easy 10-15 mins walk away with IGA, cafes. I ate at The Fields which was excellent, and breakfast at the cosy Witches Brew. Highly recommend. I didn't use the pool or tennis courts, but there were plenty of tables and lounge chairs under shade, so would consider returning with my family.

The studio apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything you could need. The bed was huge and comfortable and I loved swimming in the pool every morning. The garden was green and well cared for and the trees and roses were beautiful.

There was some obvious pest control being used and the crickets and stick insects were dead on the paths every morning. This ecocide is not good for the insects and birds.

The sun that comes into that room is glorious. I love the square white layout and the chalet vibe. We really, really appreciated the manager giving us an 11am checkout so that my husband could complete his business meetings at the resort before we departed. The luggage trolley was amazing because we always take too much stuff! We also appreciated being able to leave our ski boat there while we used our car around town.

The pillows are not fantastic to be honest.
