Comfort Inn Coach & Bushmans

Loved it!! Great hospitality. Super friendly staff. Oh i really loved this place. A lot more spacious than we anticipated. Two double rooms with three beds 1 king single & 1 queen in each room ... an a daybed, desk & tea table an 2 chairs in each room an we still had plenty of room to move about. Checking in & out was easy & fast. We backed on to a lil lane that had access to the river & a trail after my 2klm run I loved being metres from Cafés for my 7am coffee & MacDonalds for the kids pancakes.

The room was clean, information on the area was provided upon check-in, extra pillows and blankets were provided without having to ask, as well as toiletry needs, the bed was comfortable, which was a big plus for me, the hostess was very friendly. We loved our stay.

We have nothing to complain about, as the week before we stayed at similar accommodation's elsewhere and the bed was hard as rock, the temperature was cold to freezing and there were no extra blankets, pillows or towels provided in the room.

Possibly the cleanest motel I’ve ever been in. Very comfortable and well appointed. Great location in town. And… there were biscuits. So many places don’t give you biscuits with the tea and coffee anymore.

The bathroom tap was a bit annoying. Very difficult not to make a mess with it. But that’s just nit picking.

I ordered a room specifically with a spa, as I wanted a bath because of the kids. But the room we got did not have a spa. The TV remote was that old that we couldnt read the buttons to use the cable TV. Alarm clock was missing its remote control so we couldn't set the time. Our toddler turned off the fridge, as the power point was in her reach. Otherwise our stay was really nice. Just shattered that I didn't get to have my bath. As I specifically wanted that. Ordered through the app.

Staff responded quickly and courteously to our booking and later requests.

A couple of problems. Arriving late, we accessed the door key from a keybox but the key failed to work. Very helpfully, the owner responded quickly to a phonecall and offered a solution. The remote to operate the room TV was ineffective and we had to use the buttons on the side of the TV. There was no wifi code provided, although after our late arrival this did not cause any major problem as we could use our phones as hotspots.

-The room had an iron -The shower pressure was great, I find often at hotels the shower pressure is bad and can take ages to wash my hair. -The location was walking distance to almost everywhere. -The staff we encountered were fantastic.

-I don’t really have anything I disliked, I do have a suggestion: -Add a recycling bin to the room

They offer everything you need for a weekend away, towels, blankets, iron, hair dryer and all toiletries. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They called us to let us know we had forgotten some things :)

There is separate charge on bottles of water and pillows felt harder rather than softer. Other than that it was all we needed.

The property was clean, lovely bathroom, all creature comforts. Loved that the room had a Nespresso machine and an electric blanket, that was a first for me. I will be back and highly recommend Coach & Bushmans

Spacious room, with quite nice bathroom (walk in shower)and good amenities (tea, coffee, biscuits, soaps etc)

Could have been a bit cleaner. Room showing some wear and tear. Therefore slightly too expensive IMO.

Arrival was swift after a long drive. It was quiet and well kept. A few renovations were under way in terms of driveways etc which is always nice to see. Room was very clean and would definitely stay again on our trips to Victoria.
