First impressions count - and our greeting on first arrival was so warm and friendly that it started our stay off on a great footing. Our room was quite spacious ( for a motel room...) and well appointed - large, comfortable bed, all the usual fittings,- television, air conditioning, refrigerator, and even room for two very comfortable lounge chairs with foot rests. The minibar was well stocked, and seemed to not be very expensive ( We didn't partake, but we were impressed.) The whole unit was spotless, of course! One really nice touch was the provision of a bucket of water and facilities for cleaning the car windscreen! The location was convenient for shopping, dining and a couple of medical appointments- and very quiet considering its location on a busy highway. Thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable.

I really can't think of any way our stay could have been improved! (I've never given a review like that before!)

Very friendly staff at checkin, the room and bathroom were lovely and clean. Bed was very comfortable and location was quiet.

When we arrived back late after being out at a function, all of the carparks located near our room were taken, so unfortunately we had to park further along, maybe numbering the carparks with the room numbers may help.

Beautifully updated, spacious and very clean rooms. The pool was well maintained and welcomed after a big day exploring. The staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable with great recommendations of things to do and restaurants within walking distance of the motel. Service above and beyond expectations. Will stay again.

Very clean room. Nice having a private courtyard, it was a hot night and we felt safe leaving the sliding door open to let in fresh breezes at night. The swimming pool was clean and quiet at the time we went. Nicely renovated bathroom and nice colours in the room.

Nothing much. The bathroom sink was a little small in the executive twin room, and a little more benchtop space in the room would be good.

The hotel is gated at night! I absolutely loved this! The water flow in the shower was amazing also, nothing worse than going to have a shower under a little trinkle, will definitely stay here from now on.

Way to many delicious snacks to choose from in my room it was exhausting trying to resist those cookies 🤤

Greeting at reception was warm and pleasant. The room was very clean and was a good size. Despite being on the main road, we could not hear any traffic noise in our room. Bathroom was big as was the shower.

Not within short distance of city centre, some may find this an issue

This is a great option for a stay in Shepparton. Located about a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of town, the rooms are well designed and comfortable. The service is really terrific - Vicki is a super friendly and helpful host, and there is a daily housekeeping service!

It was well furnished and decorated with modern decor and facilities. We really appreciated the recliner chairs and spaciousness of the room.

The floor of the shower recess was slippery, you need to move very carefully. The pictures on the wall were boring, we've seen these at another place we stayed at so they seem to be the latest thing for accommodation places. It seems to me that we have plenty of interesting scenery here in Australia that we should be able to come up with something better.

Excellent hot breakfast, delivered promptly at requested time. Printed some documents I needed for a meeting the next morning, at no charge. Saved me time and money having to go to Officeworks for it.

Parking spaces are very tight. And without assigned spaces from r each room, it’s a bit cutthroat.

This is a fantastic property credit to the owners we just loved our stay and we stayed at lot places in Shepparton by far the best 😊
