Quest Warrnambool

From the moment we arrived at reception. Genevieve was very welcoming and friendly. She & her colleague gave us some recommendations on where to go whilst we were staying at Warnambool. And we took their advice. The size of the room was very impressive. It was more like an apartment than a hotel room. And it was very clean with all the amenities. We would definitely recommend Quest to someone else.

The sheets were very stiff and noisy. Everytime you moved they made a crackling sound which was very annoying. And my body felt overheated. Better if they were100% cotton.

Convenient location. Room service staff were friendly and helpful. Heated floor.

Multistory with no lifts, so be sure to negotiate a ground floor if you have mobility issues or have visitors with mobility issues. They do check this with guest's beforehand. Our room was small, but it was a room designed to connect to a larger apartment. It was more like a small basic motel room. I would advise you to check the room layout before you book. The decor was more dated than I was expecting. Room views are not great.

It was great for the family, staff were friendly and helpful. I like how the room had a bath which I used. In room spa would be better.

As a family we like saunas, spas and gyms. I know we could of gone to the gym but we weren't sure were it was as it was offsite. We didn't ask because we didn't bring our gym gear and we were not aware that we would have access to one. Maybe I missed that information?? Spas in room are great and my kids love to go to outdoor spas and saunas as well

Very impressed with the friendliness of the ladies on reception, they gave suggestions of things to do & places to eat & if we had any questions feel free to reach out. The apartment was very clean & comfortable & had everything we needed. We needed assistance with the TV and the reception lady came up straight away to assist which was appreciated.

My only feedback would be that the bathrooms could do with a bit of an update, but you don't spend a lot of time in there so how it is, is definitely okay.

Two positives were the service received by David at reception & the close walking distant to the main street....

Always thought Quest was a upmarket motel 🤔 the high price would say how it is .... well entered our studio it was small but had everything needed in the room .... noisey with people walking on ceiling, hear people through the door coming and going, shower screen door very flimsy, the tiling on floor of ensuite was very worn and tatty. Really needed a update. Will not pay $$$ for a over priced motel in Warrnambool again.

The reception staff were great to deal with in the lead up to my stay - I was having a bit of a logistical nightmare, and the staff made it easy to manage from their end. Great spot - We weren't there for long unfortunately, but easy to go grab breakfast in the morning and the actual apartment we stayed in was clean tidy and spacious.

I was very tired upon arrival so would have appreciated a slightly faster check-in - the lady I spoke to was on for quite the chat, but really she just wanted to help.

Location was great. Close to CBD but not noisy at all. We stayed in a small studio room and so we expected a smallish area but we were pleasantly surprised. More than enough for our needs (just two of us). Everything was lovely. The front desk lady was terrific. Very friendly and informative. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name though. We will be back again.

Parking situation was poor really - certainly not sufficient for hotel. We had to park off-site the 2nd night. We feel that car parking spaces should be numbered as per room so that at least we have a designated spot for our car.

The whole apartment was clean and tidy when we got there. Every room had lots of space. 3 TVs were bonus. Having a clean kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, cook top, utensils etc was very handy for us. Laundry and 2 bathrooms were great too. Double garage was icing on the cake. The staff was friendly and helpful. If we do come to Warrnambool again we will defiantly stay here again.

We liked everything.

We stayed in the apartments with 2 rooms. It was a spacious two story unit with sufficient kitchen facilities and laundry facilities. These units have their own garage while others have to use the limited car parking on site. The lounge area was spacious and comfortable and the heating at the property was sufficient. The hotel is located within a short walk to the city centre. It is quiet and relaxing. The rooms are clean and well equipped.

As our unit was the last one along the back of the property, the lane leading up to the garage was narrow and it was hard getting in and out of the garage. We generally had to reverse a few times before being able to back out.

Great location could walk to a variety of restaurants, cafes and shops in less than 5 minutes. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious with a lovely balcony and 2 bathrooms! Onsite car parking was perfect.

Only issue was some contractors/tradies stay there and were on the top floor. They obviously started early in the morning and we could hear them getting up and leaving early. Ideally it would be great it they resided on the ground floor of the apartments and people on holidays were on the upper levels.
