ibis Seef Manama

1) Staff at the reception were very cooperative and professional. 2) Breakfast was amazing and has a lot of variety. 3) parking was available around the building, and in addition, there is 6 floor parking attached to the hotel. However, I did not use it, so I don't know the condition. 4) The hotel location is very good and just cross Dana Mall (small mall that has Lulu, and Max, Red Tag, R&B, and small shops). 5) City center is just cross the road. However, you need to drive around 5 minutes to reach the location. 6) The internet is perfect. 7) Very calm area.

1) There is a smoke smell in the room (1604). 2) At 16th Floor, the lobby carpet at elevators area has some stains.

Good Location, comfy rooms and excellent breakfast. Staff behavior very good and accommodating. Overall very much satisfied. Didn't experience the disturbances in the evenings unlike in other places. Six floors of Good dedicated parking slots and the access is exclusively only for the guests. The Gym is also very good with lots of equipment. Dana Mall is on the opposite side of this property. No fuss when we requested to extend our checkout time.

1. The room size is very small. 2. Very little margin between the walls for the car to drive for parking. We could see lots of Tire and scratch marks on the walls. 3. The bathroom is also very small.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. The staff at this property are all great specially the receptionist and the breakfast staff. They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Please give your staff awards. The hotel buffet breakfast was great and amazing the restaurant staff were very friendly and kind specially sonia and the chef’s who made the eggs.

Nothing, I Like everything

The staff was very friendly especially the lady while checking out. She was super helpful with some iasues I had with my suitcases.

The location was a bit away from city centre and to get to different places it is very difficult even if they are right next to the hotel as you have to either get a taxi for a one minute ride, rather than just cross over to the big mall for example that exists nearby. However, to be fair that is a Bahraini problem and not so much the hotels fault, but if like me you like to be a bit more independent and walk around it can be a bit tricky. Also one minor thing, I think they should add some creamer or small UHT milk packs or evaporated milk in the tea, coffee set and not just different types of sugars.

Apart from the very good value we got from their promo, the place is clean and well serviced. The room, despite small, is still cozy especially for those just looking for a place to sleep. Staffs are so accomodating and friendly, and are quick to attend to your needs. There is sufficient parking space, although there are a couple of levels going to the parking levels that are kind of narrow for a vehicle to pass through.

Probably what we found a bit inconvenient is the parking levels having a narrow passage.

Love the service, from the moment we walked in to the day we checked out. Everyone is very helpful, friendly, willing and generous in serving their customer and I mean everyone who works there (Front desks team, Breakfast Chefs and team, Room service team, Pool team, Cleaners and Everyone) Thank you to the wonderful people at Ibis Seef Manama for making my stay in your hotel and holiday in Bahrain memorable. I really enjoyed my time at Ibis and super greatful for the support and service you all give. Keep up the great work🙂

Room service is exceptional however, I would recommend to change the fitted sheet on the mattress daily like everything else rather than once a month.

check in i go early but still they was kind n sweet to welcome me the lady in reception she nice and kind i gees her name Aryan, n even in the time to check out no one call me n tell me when i will leave n they ask if everything’s was ok n they care about the clients ..

room small only 2 bellows n I really wish i have more, bed not comfortable , for the sheets n blankets wasn’t worth 4 star hotel , also the towels not enough, housekeeping boor no one ask or they even don’t come to clean,

neat and clean .

What I really like is the location as it was near in Lulu so all our needs was easily available. Rooms are big enough and utensils are provided and parking is private and very safe and secured, Aside from that, crushed ice available just few steps form our rooms. Staff are very kind and accommodating especially Ms. Arriane from the reception, she gave us the best rooms with good views from the window. Next time I travel to Bahrain, I will still choose the same hotel. Highly recommended for people that does not like busy environment.

The only thing that we are not satisfied is the breakfast as it was almost the same everyday.

Hotel has good food, good location but BEST thing about this hotel is the staff. If you are concerned about hospitality and people relations, this is the place to stay. They make you feel very welcome. I commend arianne and ms gena for going out of their way to help me. I missed my flight and they did everything they can to book me on the next available flight out, gave me options, and just full out supported me emotionally which is not common these days. I believe i made new friends 😊
