The location is bit run down, renovation is needed and they are working on it. Some rooms smell cigarettes but that's the guests who smoked in the room although there's a sign saying NO SMOKING.

As usual, amazing service from the Galesia Staff. Did not disappoint at all. This time I got a better room and the overall experience was much better than my previous stay. The communication with hotel staff was also smooth and efficient. I had to extend my stay by two more days and the staff did their best to accommodate my needs.
As usual, the slow WiFi. Honestly, I think this is the only downside of this place.

Good location. Close to all the action in Gulshan and Banani area at the same time not far from the airport. Friendly staff and decent breakfast.

Everyone deserves a buffet breakfast in a pricey hotel like this! ★ During my stay hot water was not available for around one whole day which was clearly disappointing as I couldn’t' take my shower on that day. However, they fixed it on the next day.

Well because of its location I stayed at that property as where I needed it to be. So it was very great experience staying at this hotel. Than the stuff was very helpful and friendly as i got to know Mr Tassin who helped every single way possible and make sure me and my family have a great stay. Just one thing I want to make a point here room services time limit need to improve a little more as it takes little longer to give the service when the hotel wasn’t full to me. But again with the stuff behavior the property won my heart n I’m thinking of staying at the property once I make a next visit to the city.

Loved the guest service people, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and as expected, buffet was nice and the value for the overall services was perfect. I would live to visit soon and package deals would be great if provided.
